I speak English and Japanese, not Sangoku25-ese.. but I think he's bemoaning that nobody has uploaded version 1.08.

You realize that you're new and have no idea of rules otherwise would not dare to write it so publicly.

I stress it again, the theme is the game and not to other people or hatchets ended discriminate against.

Hello,
I'm just starting the game and I would like someone to explain a bit of the game mechanics and also I saw in previous posts that I could craft but the crafting building seems to be close at the beginning of the game.

have read through the sticky posts about 'things you must do before...' etc. and have RPGmaker-RT for the various versions installed and have the previously linked ChiiTrans installed (which at least implies that it has AGTH installed as part of it)... yet everything is still moonrunes and error messages...

what part did I miss or do incorrectly? (oh, and I did launch ChiiTrans first and use it to launch the game)

Is your computer set to Japanese locale? You also have to extract the folders with Japanese locale on (otherwise, the Asian names for the files gets screwed up).

And no idea what ChiiTrans is lol I use AGTH, ITH, and a (supposedly) expensive translator that I torrented. XD

hahahah! interesting - my location was set to 'America' and the various RPGmaker games/programs ran fine - just the translation program kept giving me:

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified

instead of translating

... so I changed location to 'Japan' and now nothing runs

I seem to recall some time back I was having problems with RPGmaker games, and had to go in and change something in my config and then they ran fine - but apparently this is NOT it

EDIT TO ADD:

wow - ok, switching 'non-Unicode local' REALLY messed up a LOT of things... things did work and now don't - but I at least found if I re-install from scratch (including re-unarchive) I can at least get the game running again... however the translation program still is giving me the error...

question (and maybe this is the entire problem) what SHOULD be entered for the "AGTH Key" ??

In case anyone cares if u have sgedit (if u dont google search sgedit)
if u go to the player tab when u open a save file for this game u can add to the h-stat by scrolling the spirit plus bar down ( this actually works on several games ive played recently so u might check it with others to find the corresponding stats) hope this helps someone.

Instead of getting ChiiTrans to work, why not give ITH (text extractor) and Translation Aggregator (multiple source translator) a shot?

Thanks! ... I must admit I didn't actually look for it once I saw the other posts about no live links (since they were relatively recent)...

umm.. though just dl'd and went to install and Norton started screaming bloody murder - said there was a Trojan in ITH... removed it before it even saved.

I also use my home computer for work, so really can't let it get hosed... (nothing exciting - just artwork / layout / writing)

Yeah, its known as a false positive. The program is perfectly clean, but it still sets off some antivirus programs. You can either allow ITH as an exception in Norton or disable it temporarily while using ITH/attempting to download it.

And I thought Norton was a pretty bad antivirus program XD I just use a free version of AVG (because I'm cheap and a broke university student).

Extra Note: Either they are idiots or lazy complainers who want someone else to find it for them
