So I'm dumb and dont know the problem, but I click to launch the game, and nothing happens, I'm guessing I'm missing something for my RGSS player, but I have no idea what, any ideas?

did u install it? and also did u set ur adminstrative settings to japanese and if u extract the game in english settings it will be gibberish causing the game to not work therefore you need to extract with japanese settings

There was another one like this explaining something about monster rape i guess when ure standing next to it or something... any1 can translate that one also.

And the monster rape thing? It just basically means losing to it will get you a rape scene. One of the CGs has her bound and pregnant, so I guess if you get raped enough times you get that ending. Then again, in my current playthrough, she's been raped dozens of times already. And no bad ending still. I'm guessing there's something else needed for you to get that ending.
Can't read moon, but I played the game a little bit. Basically, in every major town you go to, there's this love hotel you can go to. You basically have a choice of spending time in the love hotel with a prostitute, or spend time at the Inn with your...succubus? Yeah. Every time you go in the town's Inn for the first time, you'll be given a choice: Spend time with your companion (choice 1) or go to the love hotel and have fun with some slut (choice 2). The game has 3 endings, so I guess the ending you get is determined by going or not going to the love hotel.

Yup, it's pretty much what comradered said. I pulled some text from the pic, if you're interested in the details -
Second paragraph says that if you choose to go to the inn, you'll deepen your relationship with Reina. I'm not too sure what the last sentence means, so I'd take it from comradered's word that if you go to the brothel, you'll get an H scene with one of the prostitutes working there.
Third paragraph says that you can only choose between 1 of the 2 scenes for every first time you enter a village.
