The plan actually worked fairly well to a point. Aura managed to creep all the way back to and into the cell without trouble. However, that is the point where things went a little awry. As she was sneaking in, the slaver finished in Mary and finally seemed ready to take a breather. It was unfortunate that he turned around right as Aura brought the weight down on him, throwing off the angle of the blow, so that what should have been a knockout blow was actually more like a painful, stunning blow. Still, it knocked the very surprised slaver back, causing a faint smile to come to Mary's tired lips. Still, there was enough fight left in the man to cause a problem, and Aura had to end it now before things spiraled.
