Yes, in fact if you play the previous versions (hotel and boat) you have to open a safe several times in order to progress, usually once for every scene.

Attached are all the codes as of v3.19 (same as above, just different lay-out and has codes for part I and II) and a walkthrough for all the versions that I compiled from other posters and sites.

- To advance use screwdriver on electricity box, then use magnet on open electricity box
- Use the charged magnet on the levers. Make sure the red and green levers are in the top position while yellow and blue are pulled down.

For some reason the codes doesn't work for the times you need to open a safe in-game

I have tried to play the first and the second chapter, whenever I reach the point where I need to open a safe I do the same routine but it never opens. I have even tried to input every single code in the list but none work, and I don't know what to do now.

For the Hotel and the Boat you should use codes from version 2.191, they will work.
