Aww...really? i supposed than we were nearly friends, can i hug you or scratch you behind your ears later? Ritzy said after whimper, the fact than Celeste was not acting even a little as a cat looks to affect her, but still she accept to answer.

Is not a big city but it have a blacksmith, a potion shop, hotel, market and even a library with some usefull books. Of course than there are others buildings but i decided to evade that part of the city. As for why is dangerous, we could say than all is allowed if you have money and the villagers are a little creepy for my taste, not all but many of them.

So we can go there, sell something check the shops and then decide what to do, we could go until tomorrow if you want to rest a little more. Said the young woman getting closer to have a better view of how Celeste's ears and tail move.

Celeste just stared at the girl for a moment as she approached her. She wasn't to keen on having someone getting so close to her and specially one who wanted her to act like a cat of sorts. But she did think on the whole city thing and nods "Well I am ready to go today but if you two want to wait till tomorrow that is fine by me too. I do appreciate the hospitality" she turned and walked away from the girl back to the window and checking in any of the swamp creatures were still out there "If we go out there though are you both going to be able to handle fighting monsters or am I going to have to protect you two..." she really didn't want to have the two other girls as baggage.

After looking out the window for alittle while she turned back to the girl who overall seemed fascinated with her cat like features "Look... if there is a cat at the market I'll buy it for you... Just so you'll stop trying to get me to do all these cat thing" her eyes roll as her hands rest on her hips "Oh by the way do you happen to have like any leather gloves and sharp metal items I could use?"

The girl continue trying to stay close her, yet for some reason give some distance between both. Are you sure than you are find to go there? Is a little far and we could be attacked by many creatures The girl said worried, as Celeste notice a lot of possibre traps and a complete monster lack. Oh please Cely, you should dont worry about us and more concerned for yourself, after all we build this house in middle of the swamp and we can live easily here Answer the young woman with a giggle after Celeste ask if they could defend themselves. All looks to go right until the neko put the cat topic at the table. Ritzy turn to a side and whimper, Celeste's words asking for items only made it worse.

i just supposed than we could be friends and as you dont want to talk of yourself, i only was hoping than we could share our love for cats. The girl go to sit herself and even when they were in the same place, Celeste could feel how the temperature was going down.

By the way. The market dont sell that kind of pets, even if they do it normal creatures would only turn into victims at these lands...

Maybe you should go to rest for a while, just try to get better until you can fight without problems. The girl said trying to sound fine, but she could be angry or just ofended by Celeste's words

Celeste rests against the cabin wall watching the girl move about. She closed her eyes and ran some quick thoughts through her mind "Hmmmm... I am fine, I can defend myself quite well and I don't even use weapons. You also need to stop mistaking me for someone who likes cats. I picked this body for the nimble and agile abilities to go with my fighting style. A cats senses are greatly better then any humans and the reflexes and agility of a cat an almost be unmatched be anything giving me the upper hand in combat with quick punches and escape techniques. I think things through before I go doing stuff" resting her head back against the cabin wall and mumbles to herself "Though... didn't seem to be the case with that damn snake. Perhaps I need to look into a purchase of antidotes and potions. As well as some leather gloves and sharp objects and craft myself some nice deadly gloves to fight with"

The girl let the neko talk all what she want, maybe she even dont bother to hear her words, but that was not a possibility, as she shaked her head. Finally she turn to Celeste and said with a giggle. WOW that sound awesome Celly, so you like nekos for that. However, it looks like you dont know the neko weak points, maybe we should talk about that, but we have something more important to discuss The girl face looks to be a little wet and blushed.

As you as said a little about you, is now my turn. Maybe it dont looks obvious, but im very friendly and i enjoy show my love to my friends, you know hugs, cooking and help them in all. However i promised than i will never give info to others than are not a partner or something more than an ally, it sound dumb but i must respect it.

The girl cleaned her face and stop looking Celeste's cat parts. Even if you decide to not be our friend, i cant stop to say than you should check the library to get some info, it could take you maybe a day but in that way you could be ready to face something worse than a snake.

So what do you think about us? can we be good friends so we can we talk without hide info?

Celeste folds her arms and lets her head droop as the girl talks "You really are a talkative one you know. If I say yes will you stop talking?"lifting her left hand up to her temple and rubbing it softly 'this girl is going to give me a headache before long, All she does is talk and be facinated by me being a neko....' opening her eyes and looking at the girl once more "Look you are nice and such but I don't really dooo the whole friend thing. To be honest you kind of annoy me because you are so friendly and such. Sorry I am just not someone you are looking for. I also didn't join this game to read some books and I wish to waste as little time as I can with reading and listening to the NPC's dialog" she turned her back to the girl "Unlike you, I am more about combat, gold and gear.... Not Make friends have a tea party and play families"

The girl noded once Celeste ended to talk, trying to act serious yet even making the tone she cant stop to smile a little As you wish, i will be less friendly, but i was just trying to know each other, so we can make a suitable deal. Ritzy get out of the dinner room and at an instant return with a pencil and a paper, where she start writing.

As i notice you arent suited for a town, a shame because fighting is just the smaller thing at this world.

Lets make this, i buy you equipment and cure your wonds. In exchange you can bring me the monster remains... not any material can endure fight with monsters, so we need something better than snake skin, also we need claws or fangs, if we place a spell on them, it will be very hard than a creature destroy them The girl started to write all this at the paper, making all this in a funny game for her.

Celeste took slow and careful steps towards the girl, Each footstep echoed through the cabin as she approached Ritzy "I don't do deals, Look I didn't come here to be your pet kitty or your slave working for you. I came here because I got a invite to test the game. I intent to test every part of the game including the one where you get people and group up and not just hunt crap for them. So instead I'll propose a better deal. You and your friend travel with me, We make lots of money hunting down monsters for towns. Craft ourselves some amazing armor, become heroes in this game. To me that sounds much more worthwhile then sitting in a silly cabin where no one will ever see you. Come on! Don't you want people to play this game and be like "I hope someday we can meet those bounty hunters who saved towns and became the strongest on the server. I hope I can be like them" doesn't that sound good to you?" she walks to a book case examining the names of the books "I mean come on. Do I look like a pet cat to you? or some slave who just follows what she is told? If you can get a collar around my neck sure, But you are in for a hell of a fight if you try it" she sighs alittle thinking maybe she was alittle harsh on the girl "Maybe... maybe we could even be friends and such if we travel together. If not well I suppose you lot can stay in peace in the cabin" her tail sways abit

The girl blink and and frown as she check the paper. But Celly, i never write than you will be a slave and i havent threat you as a neko once you said than you hate it.

I was just trying to dont looks friendly as i try to help you to get you equipment as we play with quests... The young woman sigh and nodded not really amazed with the idea than Celeste was selling. Of course than i want to help you, but i dont need fame and i have a reason for living here, The girl smiled before add We will join you only if you stop talking like this is just a game and we talk friendly between each other. It will be more fun for all

The books had some random names, even many of them have strange idioms on them, Celeste could reach to undefstand some as two cooking books, three with idiom names, another with names than could be filled with poems and even others with history of some places than she never had heard in the tittle.

Celeste folded her arms and turning around to look at the girl before letting out a long drawn out sigh "Ugh... fine whatever... What do I care... How do you want me to talk? How do you want me to act? You want me to spill my guts about my personal life? You want me to purr like a cat?" she gives a purr as if to provoke what she just said "Want me to crawl around on all fours going 'Meow'?" She gets down on her hands and knees and crawls around "Meow... meow" in a more sarcastic tone.

The neko reaction was a little weird for Ritzy, as she cant believe than anyone could act like that in a common talk, even when the other side has accepted what the catgirl has demand in part, discarting than the venom could had affected her mind, Ritzy come to the only possible conclusion to Celeste reaction.

Oh... i see. Lets do it The girl said with a giggle then clear her troath Celly! What are you waiting? Lets get out of this boring safe place and lets get inside the muddy swamp to kill all the monster than we see to lvl up, maybe we could make than a screen pop up saying what awesome we are in this testing beta game... Is a shame than i can count the players at this server with my hand Ritzy said all this in a sarcastic way, however she think to be just playing like Celeste. However as extremist cheerful as she is, she run toward the door, her demonic strengh easily break appart the wooden door sending it away and then she start to shoot spells at the closer trees and then fly and made a little mess with her spells before all get in silence. Celeste manage to heard a small noise at the roof.

Celeste still on all fours pretending to be a cat for the girls sheer pleasure stopped as the girl commented, Just about to say something her jaw dropped when the girl destroyed the door and other things outside "Wh...what the! HELL was that!?" her eyes wide and her mouth sitting open as she stared in awe "Yo...you just like... destroyed so much stuff so easily then! How!?" she got back to her feet and walked over to the door and looking outside at the ruin.

Looking though the hole where should be the door, Celeste notice the closer trees at the start of the clear on fire, fortunately the impacts had reduced the wood on fire, but even then this could be a dangerous incident if not the distance to the house were so big. The traps also had been afected by the magic impacts and there could be a long free path for any creature. After a moment the neko notice moves over the house.

Ritzy was there, not tired but feeling bad for what she had done. Oh no, maybe i overdo it again... Eliza will be angry again when she see this. Said to herself in nearly a whisper but Celeste manage to hear it, the pink haired girl turn to the neko and then jump to her huging her in a quick motion. I...i was just trying to play too, please dont think bad Celly The girl say close to let fall some tears.

Celeste held onto the girl and let out a sigh closing her eyes 'Why am I babysitting this kid....I should be out there killing stuff but instead here I am with this... kid who is more depressed then myself most the time' she carried the girl over to the bench and put her on top of it before taking a step back folding her arms "Look, How about I go find the door and reset the traps for you?" she knew this was a bad idea. Judging by how hard that door was blown into the distance it'd take days to find what is left of it somewhere out there that is if there was anything left of it.

Celeste could feel how the girl body is not so heavy as spected and even with all that power she feel so delicate and soft. Ritzy cuddle herself on the neko as is lifted, nearly turning this into a long kind hug. Will you do that for me? Thanks Celly, you are so kind. Meanwhile, i will try to find a way to turn off the flames and dont worry, i will be ready to help you if anything happens Said Ritzy smiling and cleaning her face, then she went to check quickly some books. The demon girl is just a feet smaller than Celeste, but for some unknown reason she is a little more childrish and inocent than someone of her aparent age.

Restoring all is turning into a hard job, the traps are of many kinds and some are hard to restore or identify them.

No doubt than the fire will make some monsters run, but strong ones will come to check it. Celeste notice than the door could be a little inside the swamp, but she smell something close that place.

Celeste looked at the girl for a moment and sighed abit "So I am guessing I am doing this alone? Cause I really could use help from you specially with how powerful you are" taking another look outside. She didn't want to admit it at all but she wasn't as strong as she'd let on infact she was lucky defeating the enemies she did yet coming so close to failing against them though she honestly couldn't let anyone know.

Ritzy stop her search for the correct spell and nod smiling. Of course than i will fight at your side, Celly. But only around our home, ehm... i cant let this place for some reasons until Eliza allow it.

Anyway you are a strong nek... person, im sure than you can beat any monster at this swamp easily. The girl then return at her search for a good spell than could take down the fire at the distant trees.

Celeste could just take care of the traps than she could repair or leave to look for the door, maybe Ritzy will ful fill her word of help her if needed.

Cause I can beat anything" brushing her hair aside and sighs "I guess I will just wait here till Eliza returns for now" moving to one of the seats and slumping down into it.

Ritzy accept than Celeste decide to rest at the seat, as the neko was the one who said than she wanted to help her, maybe Celeste has just repared some traps from the many outside the house, but that looks to had helped Ritzy at calm herself.

Not always you can win, but like i had said this swamp is not so dangerous like others places, i dont heard of any creature who had tried to kill someone, so you can use these lands to upgrade your skills. The girl continue looking at her books as fast as she could and then closing the one at her hand she went outside.

It was not an easy job for Ritzy to solve all this mess, but she know than it was her own fault and Celeste is just a guess, so she dont get mad at her, however it take her a while, so the neko could maybe get a little bored just resting at the seat.

Just then after some minutes, the neko with her great ears manage to notice some strange noises coming down the house, just some feets from her. The house have a room from where she rested, the dinning room, a little room for read and just rest close the door, two others unknown doors, maybe one leading to the kitchen. Both doors havent not been explored for Celeste, so she just know than one is at the oposite side of where she rested and other is between both.
