Hey. What's up. I'm You Win The Prize. I'm one of the senior members of a project based on the Sim Brothel game. You know, that really old one based on running a brothel full of girls from different series? Well, lots of different attempts have been made at creating a sequel/spiritual successor to this game ever since the original guy washed his hands of it. Most of them haven't gotten very far. This is our attempt, called Sim Brothel 2 Revival, and we've taken it in a bit of a different direction than most by making it a walk-around game, essentially mixing the core idea of Sim Brothel with some basic RPG Mechanics and storytelling.

It's still a work in progress; as of making this thread, it's only at version 0.03. however, we think we've got something that's shaping up to be something of quality. If you'd like to download it, there are links at the end of the post. However, if you've got any skills with coding or ability to work with the tech of RPGXP, we'd love to have you join the team. Even if you don't know the tech, but are willing to learn, we've got tutorials for you. our forum (which is kinda slow, the real work is done on SVN and the discussions on chatango; still a good source of official info, though) is here:

You know, you could make the whole battle system way faster and less annoying if you removed that thing where the character has to walk to the target to attack. Can it be done?

Hey guys, I have a problem when I talk to the slave trader: as I press the space bar next to him the game crashes and a message appear:

Script 'Window_Selectable' line 45: ZeroDivisionError Occurred.

divided by 0

Can you help me to fix it please? =)

When i try to open game I get windows that says:

Script "resolution" line 43: RuntimeError occurred
LoadLibrary: Display

Any clue on how can i fix this? i downloaded both from mediafire and torrent btw.

Hmmm... lotsa bugs. try reporting them in the bug-report thread we have. We bugtested this thing before release, but if there's enough of a problem, we'll probably release a patch.

Yeah, it's a big game; most of the size, though, comes from stuff that's in the data but unavailable, like to-be-used maps and characters pictures. also got some unused soundtracks taking up space; removing all that would shrink it down quite a bit, I think.
Removing the walking animations in battle? hmm. that certainly would speed up the flow of combat. I'll try suggesting it to the others.

I've got another prob/bug: my character get depressed... She doesn't want to be normal again >< Is that "normal" ?

battle system is confusing. buying free staff cant be used in the team, statue of slave say swordwomen expect to help fight but no. can't go back and see slave statue (charisma and stuff). Good event and quest system though. no system of train slave like last time? about 0G item make me laugh though good game good game

Like, right before the work hours begin, maybe ask the players if they would like to make last minute room changes before the work starts.

Also, the wait is pretty long if you are one of the workers (I'm currently playing as the sorceress). If you are not one of the workers, you could always just sleep, but the option is not there if you are one of the workers, as you have to stare at a picture for 2 minutes. Is this a balancing act against the fact that you might have a stronger start? If not, I would suggest working around this wait somehow, because it can make the game drag on quite a bit. It's made worse by the fact that I cannot read CNN or something while waiting, because if the focus leaves rpgmaker, rpgmaker 'pauses' and the count down timer does not go down.

Otherwise, awesome system! Keep it up!

How many girls can you get without having to buy?

I already found 3 girls (Tifa, Bulma and the FF girl) and a helper (The axe guy in the second level of the forest) and I want to know if there are more =p

Not yet - for what I know and, except the forest, I visited everything.

So you know, I was involved with 2 (fell to the wayside when I had computer problems and never got back in). I still have a lot of girl pics that I added to the pile if you are in need. Off the top of my head, I did pics from The Sagaro family, I'm gonna heal you 1 and 2, I'm gonna serve you 4.... shit... I have a number of others, but just typing memory I am forgetting too much. I can get you a list if you wish.

I also have a collection of pics from the h-games I used of girls who tend to team up together and a few that would qualify as girls taking on lesbian customers.

I got the game and looked through your pics. I have a number of collections that were going into 2 that are not on your list.

To give you an idea how many pics I have, we set a minimum of 1 head shot, 2 body shots, and 3 actions shots, and the vast majority of the girls in my collection have at LEAST that (I never let the 3 action shots hold me back). Some of my earlier pics are mildly grainy because I actively altered the size of the pics. But a lot of them are clean shots. If you need character descriptions, just look back in the old forums. I posted write ups on all of these girls (and others that I no longer have pics for) there. I am quite sure that my posting name there was also Loup Garou.

I got rogue mage unable to do anything and stay in free staff and i have slaves that can fight but none of them in current team. i choose noble and can't fight. what did i do wrong.
