Why it had made her feel better last time she had no idea, but if the compound was really in that much danger, then her position and training demanded she get back on her feet as quickly as possible. Nodding Zenia followed Hectate as the two remained low, creeping through the corridors the two saw what looked like a small metal ball on the ground, not trusting it, Zenia hurried along with Hectate, they were in a large fork in the road, they could take a staircase up as they were on the bottom floor, they could take a route leading east down a corridor with the sign "Test Chambers 01-24", or a route going west with the sign "Cafeteria"

Zenia may not have trusted the small ball, but that was no reason that Hecate shouldn't. Bending over, Hecate examined what she hoped was a piece of dropped equipment, the only things that had attacked them so far had been living, or natural.

"I know you're tired, but it isn't safe here, as that flower proved, we need to keep moving. I can make a safe bet that what we need will be further up" She said taking the stairs.

Nodding, Zenia followed Hectate up the staircase, the orb still hasnt done anything by time they are at a landing at the staircase, they can only get up to the first floor since rubble was blocking the way further up, going into the first floor they can see they are in a large corridor with some cracked viewing glasses and paintings on the wall, they can continue north down this path or take a eastward door with a sign "Viewing Rooms"

Wanting to keep going higher, and wanting information, Hecate kept the orb with her and moved into the door marked Viewing Rooms. "What happened with the mud Zenia, you just... vanished..."

Going up a small staircase, Hectate and Zenia could see they were on a catwalk, over looking some small enclosures with signs for what animal or creation was supposed to be there, ofcourse most of them were empty since they all seemed to have escaped, however there was a room at the end of the catwalk, looked like a CCTV room.

"Wow... you weren't kidding Zenia" Hecate said as the moved over the catwalk looking in on empty containment rooms. Heading to the room on the far end, they kept moving, although Hecate did look behind her to make sure Zenia was still following as the girl had not answered her question. Zenia realised she had forgotten to answer Hectates question "U-Um, i was grabbed by a s-snake lady, a-about my size...i managed to get away w-when they werent looking, t-they cant move very fast..." she shakily answered, in the CCTV room, most of the camera views had stopped functioning, except for a few for the floor they were on, there was also a map of the facility on the table.

Hecate nodded, "Lucky you, my snake lady was enormous" She said chuckling. "Bingo!" She said grinning, grabbing the map. "Keep an eye on the working cameras for this floor while I look over this map" Hecate said leaning over it and studying the map of the complex intently. Either a way out or the security offices were what she was after, but a medical facility or communications would be just as good.
