The general store manager already had the Elven Spice set aside for you, so you decide to take a quick look around and see if anything sparkes your interest. As you look over the 'adventure' gear, you think it might be nice to get out and see the world at some point. With that in mind, you buy a backpack, rope, and a few other items the manager recomended for beginer adventurers. As you start home and come by the armory, you think how it might be nice to blow Smith's nuts off if he gets too frisky. You don't have much money left, but it doesn't cost anything to look, so in you go.
As it's name implied, the armory has a multitude of arms and armor. Mostly ranged weapons and armor that let you use them well, but it does have some melee gear.
"Something caught your eye, lass?" The owner askes.
"A few things." You say. "But they all look too expensive." The owner looks you over for a moment.
"You Leon's daughter, ain't ya?" He askes.
"Yes." You say, then notice your fathers mark on a saber. "Wait, did my father make these?"
"Most of them, aye." The owner answers. "As his daughter, I can give you a discount on some of these."
"Thank you!" You say with a smile, and go back over the weapons before deciding on a throwing knife, and a hand musket with ammo.
Now broke, you head for home. You give your mother the spices and start working on the warrior with your father. You work through lunch, your mother bringing down something to eat, knowing how you and your father can get on a special project. You continue to work through the afternoon and finish the left leg in time to stop for dinner. After eating, you had enough time to atatch the leg to the torso before bedding down for the night. Glad to have helpped your father in something you both love doing, you fall pecefuly into sleep.
