Jade read the note carefully, realizing that Edrine had been found out with her helping out of Jade, meaning she had most likely been captured, Jade heard the door moving onward open up, as if tempting her to leave without Edrine. Jade didn't want to worry both Ayume and Primrose so she decided to set the note down and trek back into the fortress, trying to find her ally that had helped her out for so long.

Jade was needing to find her friend, however in her slight adrenaline rush she didnt think about the route she was taking, running into the botanical annex and trying to find Edrine as fast as possible, stopping to call out Edrines name on occasion to try and locate her.

upon entering the botanical wing of the fortress, Jade would notice that she had entered a miniature forest... and currently, there was a captive slave giving service to a nearby tentacle plant, being pleasured and pleased about wildly within its clutches. Jade had walked into what looked like a mini forest, she noticed a slave servicing what looked like one of the plants, arousing her somewhat as she fidgeted in place, Jade noticed a rustling bush and ran over to it, looking through it to see if Edrine was inside "Edrine you in there?!"

in the nearby bush was not Edirne, not even a human. It was a strange, medium-sized arachnid-like creature. It was obviously mechanical, as it was honestly colored in pink, and appeared to be just finishing its job; it had a young ebony-skinned slave in its clutches, wrapped around her as its elongated tail was just finished laying eggs into the prey's womb. It had apparently noticed Jade's approach, as it would hit the slave in the face with a puff of an anesthetic gas, knocking her out as it dismounted and would skitter about in an attack stance!


Jade is now in combat with a mecha-facehugger! Initiative goes to Jade to either run or flee.

Jade didnt find edrine in the bush, but rather another slave in the clutches of a mechanical spider bug thing....it jumped off and set its attention on Jade, who took a combat stance of her own with knives ready. She immediately lunged forward and tried to crush the facehugger underfoot, aiming to finish this as quickly as possible.

Jade's stomp would hit a lucky break, seeming smashing the machine down to the ground. However, with a deft movement, the small creature would leap to life, attempting to jump onto her and clutch her as it had done the other female. However, it would miss with a deft movement.

Jade managed to get her stomp off on the strange creature and almost crush it completely, however it managed to spring itself back up and it tried to grapple Jade again, a quick dodge on Jades part helped her avoid it as she tried stomping on it again.
