Getting close showed it was some sort of glyph. Inspecting it Rikke found that it was no tattoo it was a part of her skin like a blemish or birthmark. "Mistress what are you looking at?" As Rikke poked and prodded it suddenly glowed brightly. "M-M-Mistress what did...... Finnaly it took you long enough!" Venise spun around her eyes growing a dark red. "I've been waiting ages for you to find that mark. Now shut your trap and listen I don't have much time. Your so called master had bound me to his service and you are going to free me." That voice it was the succubitch that tried to enslave her before.

Rikkes eyes widened at her nemesis "You! Why would I help you?!" infact this was likely the only person the heroine genuilely hated. She was responsible for all the horrible...ish things that happened to her in the past and tried to steal her body!

"Where is she. Now." it was hardly a bargain, Rikkes voice was commanding and very stern, her gaze adapting to the demands appropriately. The woman was evil, no question about it. Rikke would trust one of the sisters much more than this woman, even if the sisters were the kidnappers.

"Tell me where you---" it was too late, the succubitch had disappeared. Typical, just mocking Rikke before disappearing, not even giving hints where or how she could save Jessica.

The heroine would gently scoop Venise up and after drieing her off would get the girl and herself dressed, the preparations had to have been finished. The rogue just needed to get her potions and leave to the abbandoned temple. Amber seemed to care for Jessica, perhaps if Rikke talked with her she'd help free Jessica from the Masters grasp.

Rikke got Venise all cleaned up and dressed but the poor girl was still out exhausted from her possession. Heading back into the alchemy lab Riike found Brenna hard at work over a bubbling mess that was orangish red in color. "Almost almost got it!" Looking down Rikke found a greys spiky animal licking her boot the creature just looked up at Rikke its dark eyes glistening in the light.

Rikke would lay Venise down somewhere comfortable and kiss her on the forehead. The poor still had remnants of Succubitch in her. Even after the Grand Priestess purged her. It was likely the small symbol, which Rikke would have to remove sooner than later.

At any rate with Venise resting the rogue went back to the alchemist to see what she was up to. Knowing the ditzy elf, calling to her now would either cause some explosion.... or some explosion. The heroine leaned against the door frame and waited till it was safe to adress her. Giving the hedgehog a sly wink.

climbed up on her boot and started gnawing on Rikke's laces. "Squiggles bad!" the little hedge hog quickly backed away running for cover. "Its almost done... umm Ri.. Rookie.... Rikke...Rocky.." Elf looked fairly concerned trying to remember her name. "Anyway I just need to weaken it out and make a test sample."

D'aw~ he was just the most adorable little fella, the heroine giggled warmly as the tiny critter ran back to his master "Er... who's going to test it? It's the fire potion I assume." looks like the rogue was about to help create a new alchemy breakthrough!... or assisted in making a particulary foul drink.

Brenna quickly scooped up Squiggles the little hedgehog well squiggling trying to escape her grasp. "Hold still its not gonna turn you blue or into a toad this time." Taking an eyedropper Brenna drew forth a very small sample and force fed it into the little guy before setting him down. For a moment all looked well until the rodent burped out fire and turned orange. "No no that won't do....."

Rikke covered her mouth with one hand and giggled merrily at the adorable sight, the worlds first fire-breathing hedgehog! Next she'll make him blue and go fast "I take it the research isn't going as well as it could be?" the heroine approached the alchemist in a friendly manner.

"Not really.. I got the fire resistant part down but as you see their are side effects which make the potion... unsuitable for use." Brenna picked up squiggles and fed him another dose of something. This caused the little rodent to burp and slowly revert back to color. "Im not sure Ill have it figured out anytime soon."

Well that was a tad disheartening "I'm affraid I'm leaving the manor shortly. I still appreciate the effort" the rogue smiled warmly "Do you have my other potions ready?" the heroine kept her light lean against the table, teasing the little hedgehog with her boot.

Squiggles was to pooped to head for the taunting laces but sat looking miserable. "Yes I finished them while waiting for this failure to boil down." Brenna sighed and went back to working at her concoction. Rikke saw a small satchel with the potions on the table noting that Brenna had yet to ask for money.

"So~ how much do I owe you" Rikke smiled to the alchemist unclipping her gold sanchel and looked over the collection of potions cheking if the LP9 was there... she had some questions about it's effects too "By the way, about the LP9. How much does the other person have to consume for it to be effective?"

Who knows when the rogue might need to charm or seduce someone. Though usually a potion was hardly ever needed, but having one just incase seemed smart.

"Oh money right... Well you've given me an interesting new potion to develop so Im gonna say that your portions are 30 denari Except the LP9. The ingredients in it are far to rare to discount it so 20 denari for that one." Rikke picked up the small shimmering vial. It was tiny and likely just a swallow for its contents. "As for the effects well the person needs to drink all of it or it won't work."

Rikke quickly placed the denarii on Brennas table and smiled, taking the potions in hand "Thank you so much, Brenna. For everything" the rogue winked slyly at the alchemist and her hedgehog and would make her way out.

The heroine would check if everything is in check and wasting barely any more time, try to set out as soon as possible. She already dilly-dallied for far too long...

Walking by a window Rikke spotted the sled and horse where waiting and that Janet was out there packing and setting things up. Willow her faithful pup was outside as well getting fresh air and barking happily. Things seemed to be shaping up all she had to do was collect Venise and get her journey started.
