Ok, First: Did you not read ANY of the thread? It's a free game, and It's gonna stay that way for the foreseeable future. Second, I don't think Nintendo and Sega's first priority is eliminating Rule 34 of their characters.

I know why I bought brawl.
Still, Zeta's using Sonic characters, Toonpimp has used characters from Looney Toons, Earthworm Jim, Pokemon, and even Resident Evil, ZONE makes most of his/her stuff with copy-written characters like Sakura, The Teen Titans and Juri.
I don't know what it is about Vanja's games. I never expect much... But her art style is very cute. Makes me wanna fap.
I will say that I wish there was some variation in they type of girls involved. These four seem almost symmetrical in every measurement.

these kinds of games are considered parodies, so they aren't susceptible to copyright infringement. Also, as long as you don't make any money off the project for distribution, (like Project X) it isn't copyright infringement.

And which countries are those? Besides that, copyright isn't some universal force where if one country makes something illegal, it's illegal across the globe. It's dependent on her country of residence, the country the server for her site is based in, and IF the copyright holder wants to waste money taking down a FREE GAME with copyrighted characters (and that's even if it's illegal in her country/hosts country). They don't stand to gain anything from taking pot shots at non-profit parody work. Waste of money and time.

And even then, unless I'm mistaken, copyright only applies when money is made, really. If the person making the parodies gains nothing of real value from it, there's jack shit a copyright holder can do about it.

Copyright is really grey and almost entirely up to the whim of investigation, courts, and companies pushing it. So, no more use arguing about it since it's really all bullshit anyway when it comes to the speed of technological advancement, the internet practically superseding the notion of law

It just reminded me of that guy that made Fallout 3 posters (by re-making the ones that were already ingame) and then put them on his website for free download.
Needless to say, Bethesda sent their lawyers and forced him to take all posters off his site, even though he tried to defend it saying he didn't make any profit and it was in the terms of fair use. No avail.

I really do like Vanja's art style, even if she doesn't know how to program a game for shit, so I'm looking forward to this freebie - especially for Rogue.
Then why do you think the John Doe suits against P2P users in the US happened? None of those people made money, yet all were sued, lost in court, had to pay enormous fines, and had to delete the offending files.

Well, alot of people like her art-style and her H-games (aside from the gameplay), but just aren't willing to pay to play them. Maybe she's thinking she can attract more people by giving out a freebie to hook people that haven't gotten to play any before?

Finally an update on her website about this game!
She writes that things are going well, and by the looks of it I guess we'll have the first game playable in not too long.
Personally I'm looking more forward to the Princess Peach one, so I hope she'll be working on that one next

There was no real update to the game, just the blog.. But given how long THAT took, I don't think I'll have much patience for this game.. It's off my to-fap list for now..

Vanja released a new game a few days ago.
I was tempted, but when I read how much H is actually in there, I held my wallet (thankfully). I don't have 25 bucks to toss around anyway.

Something about Vanja's art draws me in. But this is like the third or fourth time I've joined her site, (making it $75 - $100 in membership fees) and everytime, I am ever so disappointed. Provided that the animations in her newest games are nice, there isn't enough content to justify that hefty fee.
I'm going to try to request some art.
But those of you wanting games like Running Raccoon or Escape from Fairy Forest, keep your cash in your pockets a while longer, they are cute, but nothing near worth the taxing price.
