*Well, we don't want to go where we were coming from, that's for sure. We'll need to talk to Cindy about our destination, she at least knows more than we do. We won't be leaving today, in any case.* Jasmine replies, walking along.

Helena gives the mental equivalent of a sigh and just keeps moving, looking for Cindy and preparing to have to say goodbye to a hideous amount of gold. Which would be very sad indeed. Thinking on it a little harder, Helena thought it was pretty amusing considering they had just robbed that poor old goldsmith because he was STINGY! Chuckling to herself as she remembered the situation and the very nice pieces that had gotten for that, she wondered exactly what they were going to get for this little voyage of theirs. She had always liked horses...

When they get back to the inn, Cindy and Aqua are nowhere to be seen, and the spiders appear to be on the roof, no doubt eating. Jasmine throws herself on a bed and sighs. "It's almost a pity that we're leaving. This is a nice place to stay."

Helena throws herself on top of Jasmine and just curls up next to her, snuggling. "That may be true, but this place... It's cold. I hate it here." Helena said softly, just holding onto Jasmine for the moment. Rather then face her problems with anger for herself and others, the anger was nonexistent, and the fear that was the underlying cause of it came out. Helena hated the church, because she was afraid of it. She hated Malken because she had been so easily used for something awful, and that scared her. She was afraid for Cindy and Strike and Willow and everyone else they had met, and all of this fear and anxiety was the source for most of her anger.

Anger had let her hold a brave face this entire time, but when it turned to rage, everything went wrong. So now Helena hugged herself into Jasmine and held onto her like she had that first night.

Jasmine wraps her arms around Helena, holding her like she would a child and humming a comforting tune. *It'll get better. It'll never be as easy as you would hope, but it'll get better.*

Helena just layed there for a few minutes before collecting herself and pulling away. "Thanks Jas. Where the hell should we even plan on going?" She said after a moment, not entirely sure if they even HAD a plan to begin with.

"I don't know. We don't want to go where we've already been, and we want somewhere with cities, where magic use isn't forbidden." Jasmine answers, leaning back and yawning.

"Being able to use magic without the risk of persecution!? That sounds like paradise compared to here" Helena said grinning a little as her mood lightened. "Do we have anything we need to do here? You said we weren't leaving today..."

"Not really. But if we leave today, we won't make it far before sunset. If we leave tomorrow, we could even make it to another town or a village before nightfall. I'm starting to get used to soft beds again." Jasmine smiles at Helena

Helena shoots up at the mention of soft beds, which is impressive as she's still standing... Coming back down she ran to the tube. "I need coffee beans, as many as you can possibly bring up, and a pot." Reaching out to Cindy with her mind, Helena tried to tell her to buy an herb grinder of some kind, preferably about as large her head.

A small coffee pot and a 5-pound sack of beans is brought up in a few minutes by a smiling serving girl.

Helena reaches Cindy easily enough, and the girl grumblingly agrees to find a grinder.

Helena ponders Cindy's grumbles as she drools over the bag of delicious beans. Clutching at the 5 pound bag of bliss, Enough coffee to last them for MONTHS! MONTHS OF HAPPINESS!

Grinning like an idiot at Jasmine, she hoisted the bag as if it were some kind of prize. "We shall not go without!"

"You addict!" Jasmine accuses Helena playfully, though she eyes the coffee sack, too.

Helena wiggles her ass a little and giggles. "Admit it~! You're glad I thought about it!" She says bouncing around, now in a much better mood. "We should go meet up with Cindy! I don't know if that girl knows anything about Horses!" Helena suddenly said panicking.

"Well...maybe a little. Do you know anything about horses?" Regardless of Helena's answer, Jasmine gets up reluctantly, heading towards the door.

"I know enough, and probably more then most people in this day and age" Helena said smiling. Giving Jasmine a quick glimpse of the veterinary university she had attended, and of treating the horses there for various problems. Her speciality had been bone and muscle deformations before she had wound up here...

Heading to the door and opening it, she set the coffee on the ground. "Lets go find her!"

Jasmine and Helena soon find Cindy and Aqua waiting for them near a horse trader's stable.

Helena smiles and waves at Cindy when they find her, and hugs Aqua. "So we got her just in the knick of time!" She said grinning. "I love horses, Have you purchased any yet? I'd like to have a look first."

"We haven't. I don' trust the trader and when I heard you were coming, it seemed better to wait."

Aqua hugs Helena back, and she can feel the slimegirl smiling, even though the mask covers her face.

"Alrighty then!" Helena immediately finds the trader and sizes the man up. "So! We need several good mounts, Mind showing me what you have for trade?" Helena kept a careful eye on his mood, trying to figure out exactly where his motives lay, and how much he cared about the animals he dealt with.
