The carpet seems to just shrug of some of the damage as it wraps around Helena again, causing her to feel exhausted.

This fight had gone on for so long... She was so tired... Had to try... Helena had no idea how accurate she would be this tired but giving it the good old try she raises her heavy arms and tries to get one more attack in...

Helena takes a minute to catch her breath and then breaks into laughter. "Hahahahahaha! Attacked by a carpet, how do I explain this one. Wahahahahehehe."

Double up laughing she just sits on the floor to take a break

When Helena is still laughing, Jasmine appears at the door and looks at the scene casually, then focuses on Helena.

"You actually seem to be serious. I've never seen anything like that before." Jasmine shakes her head. "Well, you'd better start taking those samples. I'll start making lunch."

"ok Jas, I'm just gonna catch my breath, ill be out in a sec." Still giggling a little she heads out to the rest of the group for lunch after collecting samples of everything that seems relevant in ash. as well as a little bit of everything else, including the furniture, the stone. Anything and everything got collected, scratched, scraped, burned off, put in a jar... Labeled and signed with times/ locations/ and dates, everything seems quite professional and it does a great deal to take her mind off of things. Anything that would be better taken whole, is. And after all of this Helena is not only tired, but hungry, and this was only one building...

As Helena is finishing with taking the samples, Ginny pokes her head in. "Lunch is ready. I already told the guides to take samples of everything else, so we can head back to the village after eating." When Helena comes out, she sees a quite jolly looking campfire just outside the ruins about the same time the guides come out from the building with the tunnel. There is a delicious smell of soup in the air as Jasmine pulls the kettle out of the fire.

"I don't really want to leave all of this, but if you think its the best Idea then I guess its your call." She says a little saddened by the news. Perking up at the smell of the stew Helena scoops up a bowl and starts eating, a little drained from her last fight but still finding the act of eating comforting...

"Well, I don't think we'll find a Mi-Go here, so we'll have to look at the other places." After eating, Aren and the other guides help the three women pack. "We'll make a camp at the same place as last night. After that you can spend the day at the village, unless you'd rather sleep on ground the night after. It's a day's ride to the next village, but after that there won't be many others on our route."

Helena stays quiet and assists with cleaning up and moving out before sleeping like a rock after the incredibly eventful day, sad, but hopeful...

The day's walk proves uneventful and by dinnertime the group is back at the spot where they were attacked by the bears. Jasmine cooks again with Aren's help while the others set up the tents. As the women retreat into their tent, Ginny seems slightly uncomfortable to be alone with the two succubi. "You don't need to...feed tonight, do you?"

Helena looks at Ginny with a shocked grin. "I'm not terribly drained, Have no idea about Jasmine though, Why?"

Ginny directs a stern look at Jasmine, who seems amused. "I just want to make sure there won't be any surprises like last night." "Why, Ginny, I only did that because you said I could."

Ginny looks down, her cheeks coloring. "Well, Ginny mentioned how she didn't really know how to please a woman, even though she didn't do too badly when we first met. I sort of offered to teach her and...well, turns out she's a quick learner with some... encouragement."

Helena just laughs harder at that. "Aww Jasmine showed you the ropes! Thats ok, I promise to always use a tentacle" She says with a wide grin, her mischief further encouraged by Ginny's bright red face.
