But if you read his responses to comments on his blog he was starting to shy away from including any h content in the game untill he started getting feedback. I think it would be most effective, and a good middle ground that the author would want to work on, if he would do something like 1 part hentai and 2 parts guro.
Since he was more set on making the guro, include more of it. This would be some traps, some monsters, basically some of everything. Then for the H content there would be everything else.
For example say on the first level there's a spike pit trap (guro, kill), a wall spike trap (guro, kill), an ogre (rape), a bird (generic, kill) and the boss is a giant lizard that has a killing move and a rape move.
Not that that particular layout would make much sense in context, but as a random example, I think it works.
The player would first figure out what does what when they first go through the game, and then later would know what to avoid if they only want to see the H content. This would also allow the dev to include more guro than h in the game.
