A RoR based off a familiar product - Tentacle Grape: The Game

Yes, that's a real product. It's been around for a while and J-List sells it in singles and six packs. I was looking at the image/logo and thought about what it might be like to put together a simple Jungle Girl style RoR game based around it.

Here's my basic story idea in a nutshell:

Kiyuki, a relatively new worker in the Tentacle Grape plant, has been tasked with retrieving some of the key secret ingredient in the highly popular soda from it's secret location in a hidden rainforest not far from the production plant. To do so, she'll have to travel from the factory across the Midori Grasslands, into the Kandichi Cavern, and finally through the Tentacle Forest to the Grape Spring at the forest's center. However, what Kiyuki's co-workers haven't told her is that there's more to collecting the secret ingredient than scooping it up...and the last few times workers made the journey, the resident tentacles of the area weren't all that happy about their special spring being taken from without permission.

The game would have three levels: Grasslands, Cavern/Tunnel, Forest. The gameplay would be heavily based on Jungle Girl/Demon Girl/etc. While the Grasslands and Cavern would play as sidescrollers like the more modern games with the player dodging or fending off simple tentacle beasties, the Forest level would basically be a direct tribute to Jungle Girl, with upper, middle, and lower blocking of the resident tentacles, automatic scrolling, and a counter of how many enemies Kiyuki will have to fend off in order to reach the Grape Pool.

Kiyuki starts the first level, the Grasslands, with her sailor fuku and skirt, allowing her to be hit twice without rape ensuing, a-la Demon, Angel, and Shinobi Girl. At the end of that level however, during a cutscene between the levels (these would be still images with text only, no animations needed between levels), she would lose the top after the Grasslands, and the skirt after the Cavern/Tunnel to the forest. Thus, the final level would have her naked, again like classic Jungle Girl.

Ending ideas below (spoilered in case you don't want it given away):
When Kiyuki reaches the Grape Pool, still naked, she'd express relief at finally getting there, then stop to wonder aloud how she's supposed to collect the juice to bring back. As she wonders this, a tentacle slowly sneaks up behind her from the bushes, abruptly smacking her ass and sending her into the liquid with a scream and a splash. After a few moments, several tentacles rise up from the pool, holding a soaked Kiyuki aloft, busily fucking away at her mouth, ass, and pussy as she moans and writhes. The scene stays on this looping until the player clicks a "next" button, at which point it fades out and cut to the factory as Kiyuki enters, naked, still soaked in grape and tentacle cum, clearly irritated, her co-workers laughing/pointing at her, as we see behind her that the tentacles are following and about to enter the factory, the other workers quite unaware. At this point it fades to black, with the words "The End?" coming onto the screen, and a title screen button appears after a few moments.

Each level would have a separate game over screen with only maybe three or four frames. The grasslands would have a
naked Kiyuki standing with her legs held spread, her wrists and arms above her head tied by a tentacle, her breasts being squeezed by a pair of tentacles roped around them with one's head snaked up into her mouth, and another hovering tentacle moving in and out of her snatch as she moans.
The cavern would have
Kiyuki on all fours, head down by the ground, ass up, moaning/squealing as a pair of tentacles spank her rump over and over while she's "spit roasted" by two others, one tentacle in her mouth and one in her pussy
. The forest would be
reminiscent of, again, the original Jungle Girl game over gangbang, although with her facing to the right rather than the left.

My main hope with this project is that by basing it off these existing games, programming will be made easier. Insofar as artwork goes, I'm only wanting Kiyuki to be drawn at about the same level as the girl in the TG logo, so somewhere around Demon Girl designs, but with a Jungle Girl style, if that makes sense. Somewhere between the two characters in chunk. Nothing super duper fancy.

The main reason I'm looking to do this is that, put simply, I worry that by moving away from the simplicity of the older games we lose a little of what made them so fun. Jungle Girl was pretty barebones, and yet it brought us together. Demon Girl added a few things, and Angel/Shinobi girl added some more, but what I'm hoping for the result of this is a simple, classic, no-frills RoR game catering to the old fogies who fapped to JG as preteens =P Like myself.

However, while I can come up with ideas without any problem, what I'm not good with is art and flash programming. Derp.

I'm trying to design the game in a sort of minimalist way to lessen too much strain on an artist, so I don't mind certain things being done more simply (such as the way Jungle Girl's forest was clearly drawn in part by basic MSPaint paintbrush strokes for grass and such). The only "animated" segment outside gameplay is the ending sequence, which consists mainly of either static figures or three-frame loops. In fact, all of the animated motions I've included are only either two or three frames. Jungle Girl got by on two frames, and a third in sex motions will add some smoothness without putting craploads of strain on modeling.

As for the programming, my hope is that by following established games and setups style, it will lessen the need to make complicated programming. We'll only have three enemies per level (two of them palette swaps) and then the forest level would be a direct throwback to Jungle Girl, with none of the enemies throughout the game needing to be super-duper detailed (again, Demon Girl levels).

Is there anyone who would be interested in helping on this project and putting it together?

Also, would complications arise from borrowing from the aforementioned games or using the theme I've picked (Tentacle Grape)? Is this something I should contact TG for permission to put together first? I wouldn't intend to sell it, and there would be a disclaimer right at the opening stating that it's not affiliated with them and not made by them and that we don't own Tentacle Grape, and that this is purely a fan project.

Hmmm first off I'd be willing to help as much as i can, although I'm not rly an animator or a programmer!! But nonetheless U have my full support and I'll help in anyway i can!

And Second of all I think if u'd have a disclaimer,u woudnt need permission.
But just get one to be on the safe side!

And now for the game, the plot is rly good and the fact that u got motivated from such games is rly aesome!

But after the making off SHinobi Girl which was rly complex in the programming and had alotta enemies, u think a simple sidescroller would make it out alive?!
I suggest something new like, each enemy would have a different Game Over CG or animation...i mean more porn the better right??

Next, tentacles are a good choice, here's my idea!

Grasslands-First Level- Easy...So the tentacles wouldd be normal ones probably slime or octupuses.Nuthin to rough, just jump to dodge.

Tunnel-Second level- Bit harder...in these the tentacles would reach out at you from a distance but they'd have a pattern so u can dodge easily.
These tentacles would be rough as in they'd have a drill or a suction tube at the end of its tentacle or something similar.

Forest-Third Level-Yet Harder...The tentacles would have a higher reach range and/or more health if u want the protagonist to have an attack ability.
These tentacles woul be hardcore as in..well I cant think of anything now but something painful..maybe a Milking tube or something :3

And/Or a Boss would have a set of all the tentacles like the drill, a tube thing and maybe a egg laying machine. And maybe a separate animation where each tentacle would insert into her one by one while laying eggs...(I'm creative so what?)

Well Thats it for now.These are mere suggestions, its ur thing! I kno its alotta work but oh well..I'm here for ya ^_^
