Yeah, the fly stage is just for farming money/EXP. I think you need to go there at least once, though, for story purposes.

There's also an orb way up high on the second screen that gives you a bonus to HP, if I remember it right.

@peabody: Not sure on that one, but try saving right before the fight and reloading the game/rebooting your computer. Otherwise you may be missing some files from wherever you downloaded it from (quite possibly the case).

You may want to redownload from the blog (ex. directly from the source, link in the first post in this thread) and copy/paste your Save folder into the new one. The download from the blog seems to be the entire game rather than a patch so it'll take a while to download.

i am having a problem with the two mobster guys when i start the stage both of them are invisible and i just get shot to death with nothing i can do i can not even hit them i try waving my sword around where the muzzel flashes are but i do not hit anything all the other stages work fine any ideas?

You have to have your PC spec set to "High" in the main menu or they will not render.

Ugh, I played the new update, and I'm getting REALLY sick of the animal rape stuff. Rats? Bats? Flies? Lizards? This stuff isn't sexy to me at all. I didn't like the hillbilly zombie guys either. Why can't we have more cobolio and andes gang game over sequences? My favorite sequence is still the very first one, love the final image of Aya bound and surrounded by cobolios with that terrified look on her face. Anybody else getting tired of the animal rape stuff?

No.

These games exist to express things that either can't happen in real life, or don't while being filmed (and certainly not while being filmed with the prerequisite level of detail to produce an animated game).

If you're just looking for people having sex with people, well... You know there are a few videos of people having sex on the internet, right? They're pretty hard to find though. It'll take some cunning detective work to locate them.

Umm, did you have yours translated? The animals on the planets go for humanoid women the most as it causes their off-spring to evolve into a higher form of being. The cobolio I believe was from women getting raped by rats. So sorry to say if this isn't your thing you should probably just quit this while you're ahead. However, it was said that she would most likely have to fight other bounty hunters as well, so just put the game on easy mode for animals and hard for the humanoids I guess...

I will agree with him in that I strongly prefer seeing humanoid (or at least basically-shaped) creatures doing the raping, though. When it's a tentacle monster or a non-humanoid robot, the shapes are so far-removed from human sexual intercourse that I feel like my brain barely even recognizes that it's sexual. It just registers as like, a girl getting stabbed in the vagina, as opposed to a girl being penetrated for the purposes of pleasure and procreation.

This game developer has always gone for animal stuff. Nanocrisis was full of insects, worms and dogs and this one is no different.

It doesn't bother me at all actually.

I will agree with him in that I strongly prefer seeing humanoid (or at least basically-shaped) creatures doing the raping, though. Thanks, I feel the same way! I don't hate that this game has animal rape content, it just seems like this game, and Nanocrisis before it, used animal rape as the FOCUS. I get the fantasy aspect of it, and I know there are plenty of people who will and do like it, but I'm hoping the next update includes another humanoid enemy. Also I wish the game over sequences were longer and more involved like the initial cobolio one. The Andes gang sequence WAS actually well done, though it didn't make much sense to me that they just let Aya go after a while. I just definitely like the humanoid stuff much more, including the hillbilly zombies, and I don't enjoy the animal stuff very much. However, since Howard is in this game, why can't we see some Duck Tits for a laugh?

Ironically, I'm not to fond of the green-skinned orc guys or the mobsters, but I play this game for all the other stuff you hate.

Games like this are meant to cater to certain kinks, and if you don't like the content, don't play it. Plain and simple.

But I DO like the content, about half of it anyway. Like I said, I understand the game caters to certain kinks, and I'm actually okay with that, I just think that the animal rape content is the least enjoyable for me, and that it makes up about half of the game's H-content overall. I actually did like Nanocrisis' animal rape content more in most cases, because the scenes seemed to be a bit more "complete." Maybe I'll have to play it again to better express myself here.

Seeing as the story does hint at fighting other bounty hunters, I'm hoping to see some more humanoid content, and hopefully some more futa content as well! And of course, I'm sure there will be more animal content, I just won't enjoy it as much, but I don't begrudge others for it.

Again, I'd love to see the giant muscle guys that he did the side bit with.

They could have some pretty cool melee attacks. Wide roundhouse punches and a grapple to bear hug or back breaker. Several sex animations including some DP would be nice.

I hope he does that next and maybe expands on the current enemies a little too.
