"Well" the woman started, still distracted as she tried to flag down one of the servers for another drink, "deep in the forest there's a temple filled with riches, so people say. You'll never have to work another day in your life, if'n ya can take it. A course, there's a demon guards it, supposedly. Might be worth it, though." With that the woman managed to get Vanessa's attention, and began to order a couple of different drinks, ceasing to pay attention to Sakura.

Sakura hear every word from the blonde woman with a great enthusiasm. If she take all that gold, she woud live a great life in this world, maybe even this forgoten town could grow and be a important city or even she could get out of this game with only earn the treasure. But this job maybe was out of her league, how could she beat a demon, when she was unnable to protect herself of any forest monster? The rich girl was ready to ask more information about the place, but soon she notice that the woman was more interested in her next drink than to continue to talk with her, howerer Sakura tried to ask her something more before leave.

Thanks for talk me about that place, i would love to know more about the localization of the place, if you want of course. said smiling and wait for a moment. Sakura would wait a mometn to get an answer, but if that never happened she will said a little goodbye as she wave to her and then decide what to do next.

To be able to get a treasure, she would need some cash to get some supplies and also some clothes or at least a partner, but this place looks like was out of warriors or mages that could help her. Trying to get some money, she moved toward the old man who looks dangerous, she was sure that her words must be the corrects to avoid any other misunderstand.

After Vanessa had gone off to get the woman's drinks, she turned to look at Sakura and answered her question as best as she could. "I really don't know. Alls I know is it's to the west, deep in the forest. Good luck, if'n ya decide ta go."

When she approached the older, scarred man, he looked up from his beer, peering at her with piercing eyes. "A bodyguard, huh? Surely you don't think I need one" he said, chuckling a little. "Most of us here in this town work either farming or in the forest, and most of us are pretty good about defending ourselves. You won't find many ways to earn money here, I'm afraid. The majority of jobs require land, which requires money, unfortunately."

After both persons ended, Sakura give than a polite bow and thanks them for their time. The old man answer was really discouraging, Sakura just move toward a free table and after sit, she rest her head over her arms and tried to think about what options she have. The bar dont need help, there was not work as monster hunter or bodyguard and this only leave her to use her body to earn the money enough for get something to eat and equipment for her dangerous adventure. it cant be! i dont want to fight a demon and work as a whore. This was not what i was expecting she whisper to herself between some soft whines. She stay like this for a pair of minutes until she recover herself and raise her head again, there was still a chance to get some help. The Shrine Maiden was also out of money, but even when she decide to dont join her, she still could give her something to eat or info about the ruins rumors.

The blue haired girl get up when she notice that one of the sisters was not busy and with her bare feet walked to her to say her softly, trying to dont be heared by the clients. Thanks for all. I dont get a job, but someone talk me about a treasure in a temple. So, now i mut get all ready for that journey, maybe i can return in the morning before leave After the answer of the sister, Sakura wave to the rest of the family in charge of the bar and moves to the church to try to talk with the Shrine Maiden.

It was Vanessa who ended up being free first, and while she raised her eyebrow at the mention of the temple, she simply said "it's no problem, stay safe and come back tomorrow if you can." As Sakura left and waved at them, the three waved back, the father pouring drinks, and the daughters both balancing trays of drink on their arms. She then walked across the street to the church again, to find it empty, but noises of muffled, quiet humming coming from the back room where Jennifer had been. Likely the shrine maiden was fixing dinner, since it was getting late.

Sakura closed the church door, as she decide to wake up early to visit Vanessa and Tess. As she pass close th Shrine maiden room, the possible cooking noises start to make her stomach growl. She quickly look around for a place to wash her hands, but even if she dont find any, she would eat anyway. Maybe the game is out of sickness, yet still it was very real, as her body still ask for food, this make her wonder how her real body was, she was not sure how many hours or days had passed inside the game, maybe she should dont think in that as these was nothing that she can do, except find the safe point.

Before go with Jennifer, the rich girl leave her backpack and battleaxe in her room, then she loosen her dress in order to dont have her breasts so pressed, her lack of underwear made her breasts to be slighty visible through her clothes, maybe she would had put her swimwear bellow the tunic, but she really was hungry after dont eat anything more than Elidna breakfast.

Quickly she walk toward the Shrine Maiden door and knock as she present herself Hi, im Sakura. can i get inside? after said that she wait the answer of Jennifer before pass if she was allowed, of course.

"It's open, come in" Jennifer replied, and Sakura would be able to walk into the room without trouble. She would find that the shrine maiden was, in fact, making dinner at the back of the room, which seemed to be a simple rice dish with a bit of meat thrown in at a glance. "Did you have any luck?" she asked, not looking back towards the blue-haired girl. "I don't suppose anyone gave you any trouble either?"

As Sakura pass to the door, she place her eyes on Jennifer and her rice dish, it maybe was not the food that the rich girl was expecting, but for that moment with her great hunger, she really want a lot to eat that.

W-well, i dont get any job at the bar, but i meet a lot of good people and maybe a pair of friends. But dont worry, a client said me about a temple with a great treasure hidden in the forest. But i dunno, it looks so dangerous to go alone. said Sakura trying to look like if it had not been a bad day and then sit close Jennifer, without notice she start to look spellbound the delicious meal surrounded by the rice.

Could i have some of your food, please? I havent ate something after the breakfast. Also, do you know of someone who could come with me, im not skilled enough to get though the forest and the temple, i need to train too Sakura started to sound depressed even when she try to hide it.

"That's too bad" Jennifer replied when she heard that Sakura hadn't found a job, still absorbed in what looked to be the last bit of her cooking. When the blue-haired girl mentioned the temple, though, she turned to look at her immediately. "Temple, you say? You want to go to the temple?" She turned back to her cooking, staying silent for a moment. "It is dangerous. It's been passed down to me by the last maiden of this shrine, the story of the Temple of Hope. Of course, just as many call it the Temple of Despair. It's said that the Gods placed it in the forest when this town was founded decades ago. They told the former shrine maiden that any adventurer who made it to the center of the temple would gain anything and everything they were looking for, on one condition. They had to be able to best the demon sent to guard it in single combat. Many have tried over the years, most have come back having failed."

Jennifer was silent for another long moment, before saying "of course you can have some food, I made it with you in mind. You're a guest here, after all." With that she seemed to have finished up the cooking, and she spooned out rice and what looked like some sort of game meat onto two plates. "You'd probably have a hard time getting anyone to come with you, but you can't be all that bad at fighting. Most of the forest creatures should be fairly easy to handle if you're armed. The demon is another story, but as you fight your way forward you can only get better" she said, carrying the plates to a low table at the center of the room and laying them down, sitting on the floor behind the one with the smaller portion and motioning to Sakura to sit.

The Shrine Maiden was answered with a little nod from the rich girl when this ask her about go to that temple. But soon Sakura doubt about her chances when she heard that the monsters of the forest were easy to defeat, maybe she should had played more video games with her friends, when they invited her to their house. "Heh, maybe i should beat many creatures close the town, before get inside the forest And at least the adventurers who lost the challenge return to this town, so i dont have to fear of lose my life or something like that." Said Sakura as she get ready to eat, maybe waiting to see if the maiden make a prayer before eat.

It was clear that the game was showing her the path t reach the save point, no matter if some people call it the temple of despair, for Sakura that place is her last hope to escape of this place before more program problems affect her settings.

After eat, Sakura give the thanks to Jennifer and then the blue haired girl prepare her to go to sleep. Jumping to the bed and resting peacefully with her robe. She have to wake up early in order to get ready and go to the bar to talk with Vanessa as she had promised

"Perhaps you should practice a little before you go, but I doubt you'll need to. And no, the demon doesn't generally kill from what I've seen" Jennifer replied, before bowing her head and sitting in silence for about a minute, likely praying on her own. The food itself was very plain, but filling. It seemed that the shrine maiden either didn't have the money for spices or sauces, or just preferred to go without. The black-haired miko nodded to Sakura when she thanked her, going about silently cleaning up as the rich girl left to prepare herself for bed.

Sakura would wake up fairly early, feeling quite rested and ready.

Even when the food was not more that plain rice, with her empty stomach, the rich girl eat it all greatefull. Not so much worried now that she know that she would not be killed and she could easily return to the town.

She then rest really well in the guest room, it had been a long day and a rest was what she needed to get ready for her next challenguer. Earlly in the morning she wake up streching her body and fix a little blushed her robe when she notice that her ample breasts were slighty visibles because the robe loosen as the night passed, she then continued to wash her face and arrange her straight large blue hair. Then after take her battle axe and her backpack, she went to check if the breakfast was ready, but in case that was very early for it, she would go to the bar to talk with Vanessa and Tess before eat, they must be really tired after the long night.

Sakura would hear the sounds of humming coming from Jennifer's room when she walked out into the shrine, and when she entered the room she would find the shrine maiden fixing them scrambled eggs for breakfast. "Did you sleep well?" she asked cheerily, spooning off an egg apiece onto small plates and setting them down on the table again. Again she bowed her head in silence for a minute, praying before she began to eat. Once they were done with the small meal she followed Sakura out to the shrine proper, and said "before you go, let me give you a blessing" as she placed her hands on the blue-haired girl's shoulders. For a few minutes she stood like that, quietly mumbling words that Sakura couldn't understand, and when she finished the girl felt better than normal somehow. Soon she was confronted with a popup:

Oh yes, i sleep like a baby, this town is really quiet and peacefull in the nights. It was incredible for Sakura see that the Shrine Maiden was ready to start the day and even close to end to make the breakfast. Like the last night, she bowed her head and stay quiet, trying to make company to the Shrine Mayden in her prayers. The breakfast passed really quicky and after thanks Jennifer for the dinner, the rich girl walked outside the church to be interrupted by Jennifer, who said her that she will give her a blessing. Oh thanks, it will be a pleasure to be blessed Of course that Sakura was not expecting any change and she just stay calmed looking to the Shrine Maiden, before get surprised by the pop up, but at least she dont make more that a little whine, before turn to her friend Thanks Jennifer. Now i feel better and more prepared for what will come, i dunno if it will take me some days, but i will give all my effort to succeed and return with enough money to help this town. Finally Sakura wave to Jennifer and walk to the bar to see both sisters. She knock the door and tried to get inside Good Morning! can i get inside?

"It's no problem, Gods bless you in your travels" Jennifer replied as Sakura walked out the door and across the street. She would find the door open, and the inside a wreck. Tables and floor were wet with numerous substances, papers and things littering the place. The older man wasn't there, but both the sisters were. Vanessa was calmly beginning to clean things up, while her older sister Tess was sitting in a chair holding her head and groaning slightly. She looked particularly disheveled, and made no notice of Sakura, but the younger sister heard her come in and said "ah, good morning. Need anything?"

The state of the bar really was unnexpected for the rich girl, nearly feared that she could slid by mistake and fall on this dirty floor, so she tried to walk with caution as she said to Vanessa Im just coming to said that i will leave for some days, i already talk with the Shrine Maiden about the temple of Hope, it may be dangerous, but i must try it. Who know maybe there is enough money to turn this town into a capital or even more. Can i help you a little, i really want to pass a little more of time with both of you She said looking for a extra mop or a broom to help Vanessa in her work. What happened with you, Tess, are you right? said softly to the old sister, maybe thinking that she was very tired or had drunk more of what she can resist

"Huh? The temple?" Vanessa asked as she pushed a table right-side up. "Interesting choice. I guess you might as well try, though. What's the worst that could happen?" She shrugged, beginning to clean what looked like vomit off of the table. "Don't trouble yourself, I get paid for this, you don't. Besides, it'll be a long time before anyone comes around, so we'll have most of the day to clean" she said, seemingly content to do the work on her own. When Sakura talked to Tess, she groaned and waved at the girl, causing her sister to say "ah, she got drunk last night and slept with someone" somewhat derisively. "Ohhh shut up" the older sister groaned, still holding her head. "I just overdid it a little. Maybe you drank a little and slept with someone every once in a while you wouldn't be so high strung" she shot back, causing her little sister to go silent, focusing on her cleaning.

Yes, at the start i was scared when i heard about fight a demon, but the challengers usually dont die and even they return here. Said Sakura with a little smile after Vanessa said what she think about the temple. Then she just tried to dont bothers them more, as Tess had passed a bad night and the little sister loves to clean... even gross vomit, the scene was too much for the rich girl so she decide to leave the place not before said some last words "Well, i just want to help you to clean and i hope that you feel better Tess, maybe i must leave now. When i comeback, i will invite to both some drinks or we could see around the market for pretty clothes. Said Sakura as she leave the bar and wave to them.

Now she was ready to go to the Temple of Hope With a firm grip on her axe she move to the west, of course that she was scared to walk through the forest once again, but this was maybe the only way to get free of this game. She would walk all the way toward the forest and then she will undress herself when she get very away of the town, as her clothes will certainly be destroyed by the creatures. Now with the robe secure inside her backpack, the ashamed blue haired girl continue her path, as the hair make her blush a little more when this remember her more about her nakedness.

"Hey" Tess tried to shout, though it came out a little quiet, and the woman groaned as she slowly got up. "I got some food for you" she said, going back behind the counter and coming back with a small sack. "Enough food to last you a while" she said simply, before walking back without a word to sit and rest her head.

Sakura would find the town very peaceful; she had woken up early, and most people seemed to either be at work, or hadn't yet stirred from their beds. As she entered into the forest, though, she met a few scattered people here and there. Mostly people who seemed to be engaged in logging, or some similar activity, though there were a few who seemed to be collecting sap of some kind or other from a certain kind of tree. Finally she ventured deep enough into the woods that she stopped seeing people, and stripped herself down to avoid having her clothes destroyed by some random enemy. After a while of walking, she could hear the underbrush rustle around her, and suddenly a wolf jumped out into the slight clearing she was in. It was a smaller, likely younger one than the one she had seen the night before, and looked slightly scraggly, put it growled and snarled at her as it approached slowly.

The poor rich girl nearly slide and fall on her back when Tess call her, but in the last moment she reached to avoid it using the wall as support. Thank you very much. I was scared to pass hunger inside the temple Said Sakura with a bow and smiling, as she store the sack on her backpack and after wave she leave the bar.

The town was quiet, something really weird for a citygirl like Sakura. As she get inside the forest, she was close to undress herself when she notice the some townpeople logging in the woods, her hands soon stop and tied her robe, expecting to pass unnoticied until finally reach a point where she was alone.

After undress herself and walk a little more, a young wolf get on her way. Maybe Sakura was scared by their sharp fangs and claws, but she was more strong now and with her battleaxe on her hand, she tried to hit the wolf with a surprise quick lateral swing and then she continued with a inverted swing making her axe back where it come, this helpfully could protect her for a upcoming attack.
