While I'm still ironing out certain ideas I wish to implement, I'm basically creating this thread to see if there is any interest in a zombie survival RP. Key note being survival, so be ready to play carefully lest your character be killed.
I've taken a lot of inspiration from the original Dawn of the Dead, and the board game Last Night on Earth. So the setting is a small and fairly isolated town. While zombies will not be the only enemies, don't expect any crazy mutations like left 4 dead. There may be some slight zombie modifications as the game goes on, but still don't expect anything to explode, slurp, or heavily bash throughout.
I do have basic combat already sorted out, and will be implementing perks that can be unlocked if you play a certain way, kill with certain items, etc.
Melee weapons will alter combat rolls, whilst Ranged weapons can allow you to eliminate enemies at a distance but watch ammo counts.
Hitpoints will be rather low (4 being the highest, 2 being the lowest), and will not regenerate over time unless you find appropriate medical supplies.
Fully explained stats, rolls, and so forth will be put up later on. I'll work out the kinks during my three day hiatus.
