I don't see why you say he's the Anti-Christ. He doesn't intend to become the new god of the world, which is sort of what the Anti-Christ is designed to do.
If you mean "naive and idealistic character who discovers the truth about his beliefs and the world, gets together with the 'big bad', and challenges the true evil of creation", then Japan has done that before. A lot.
In terms of strength, Tamamo wins hands down, if she's unsealed. There's just nothing you can do against her in that state. There's a reason ancient is powerful.
Anti-Christ in being the son of Lucifer, the Morningstar... might make sense in real life, but in this world, rebelling against Illias is all categories of Good.
