What if, in part 3,somehow, luka is forced to fight all 4 heavinly knights, 'At The Same Time!'

Say guys, do you think luka's spirits will level up anymore or are they already at max level?

Feels a bit unlikely, maybe if he really needs that intense kind of training, which might be possible, given to how effortlessly the Four Heavenly Knights were defeated by the chimeras.


As for the spirits becoming further powerful, I guess it depends on how powerful that Promestein that created her own counterparts of the four spirits ends up being.

I think he currently pretty much has a mastery of the spirits' power now as of the end of Part 2, though there are still a few empty slots in the skill list after all so there's still potential for him to become more powerful, maybe earlier skills becoming improved once again as well, or further combination attacks with certain spirits. Although I'm not sure if there will be anything more powerful than the Quadruple Giga, I think he would eventually learn to be use it instantly, without having to wait the 4 turns to carefully gather each spirits' power.

I believe this is called reverse gangbang.

Seriously, though, by the end of part 2, Luka has problem dealing with one of the Knights (officially), and can fight evenly with Granberia, but mostly wins on her whim (officially). The fights may seem mechanically easy, but that's the way it is in lore.

Placing him against all four of them without some kind of ridiculous powerup or backup is very unlikely. Although, if you do get the option to side with Black Alice against everyone or to join Ill-Ass at the last second, such a scenario is very likely, maybe even as a final boss.

I think other than improving Quadruple Giga or individual attacks, there is at most 1 more level for each of the spirits. It'd represent Luka's soul completely and permanently fusing with the spirit, which would render them unusable for the next generations...

Hello guys, I need some help with combining part 1 and 2.

I have completed part one and said "Yes" when it prompts me to make a clear save file at the end.

I copied the arc file from part one into part two, then I copied the files in my save folder, (first just the gloval, then all of them when that didn't work) but the port option in the extra's is still greyed out.

Any ideas on what I can do?

How do I combine Part 1 and Part 2?

To combine Part 1 with Part 2, copy the “arc.nsa” file from your MGQ Part 1 folder. Paste this arc.nsa file into Part 2′s folder, choosing “Yes” to overwrite the current file. ONLY arc.nsa, not any other nsa files. Then launch the game, go to the extra menu, and choose “Part 1 Conversion”.

How do I import my save from Part 1?

Go to your part 1 directory, to the \save folder. Inside this folder, you need to copy “gloval.sav”. Paste this “gloval.sav” file into Part 2′s \save folder. After that, go to the “Extra” menu and choose “Part 1 SaveImport”. It will import the save file and start you on part 2. Do not do this unless you chose to create cleared save data at the end of part 1.

You are getting mixed up between combining parts, and importing saves. Its two different things.

Anyway, I've finished transcribing the piano and violin parts for Alice 3. Does anyone have any experience with electric guitar or drums? Because I don't know how to do those.

Otherwise, I might fraps/midi what I've done so far so you guys can pick out the odd bits. I'm not 100% certain on everything but its pretty close.

To be honest, I think we've gone as far as we can with spirits and power-ups for Luka - unless Luka can somehow access his Fallen Angel abilities without being converted into pure holy energy at the end.

So what's next? I think the 2nd chapter gave us a bit of foreshadowing: Companions. It might end up as a bit more standard RPG format, maybe not, maybe the other companions are just AI controlled and do their own thing. Either way, I think they might be the thing to tip the scales in Luka's favor. How they'll hurt the angels and chimeras, I have no clue - I'm not sure what plot point will come up that will allow them to do so. Current list of companions that I think will most likely come up:

• Alice - If you don't know the reason I put her up I will personally tear out your spine and feed your carcass to jackals.
• Four Heavenly Knights - An obvious choice, but I get the feeling that if this is the case, they'll be scattered to different corners of the continents, where they'll train themselves non-stop in seclusion so they can fight the angels/chimeras when Luka comes around to recruit them.
• Heinreich - The Sinner's Prison isn't there for show. Heireich's spirit still has some potency, as he can cause Angel Halo to react and draw Luka toward the prison. Most likely, he'll take a spirit form and act as his adviser, most likely teaching Luka how to more efficiently use Quadruple Giga.
• Sara - Fairly obvious. I think with the whole turning into a demon gig, her demon powers are activated. I'm not sure how powerful a half-demon is, but if Luka being a half-angel is more powerful than normal angels is any indication, Sara could turn out to be a very powerful ally.
• Lazarus - WHAAAAT?! Why would I add him to this list?! Because, if I know this kind of storyline right, I think he could still redeem himself. He'll probably come up rather late in the story line, but he'll still be powerful. After all, years ago, he was one of four companions who made it all the way to the Monster Lord. No spirits, no Angel Halo. Just skill and companions. There can be no doubt that Lazarus was - and most likely still is - a powerful warrior.

That's just my two cents on what will happen.

Also, what's your favorite song in this game? I'm just curious.

^What I've done so far. Meaning, all piano and violin parts, including background piano. (PS. Its a .wav file. Its not a music sheet... yet. Its just there for people to have a feel of what it sounds like without the guitar, the drums, and the sparkly effect stuff they add to the piano in some bits.)

However, for the sake of simplicity while transcribing, the violin parts are also done in piano lol.

Also, volumes between the different parts will be off, because that isn't important at the moment.

Next up, I'll be moving the violin parts to violin I guess, and then I'll make the actual music sheet, albeit without drums or guitar.

They added a sort of glowy effect to the piano. But it should sound roughly the same if you have the right keys.

First 4 keys should be Eb, Eb (an octave higher), F#, C#. And you can recreate the first part of the song with pretty much just those keys.

Honestly, i think the fight with the chimera is going to be more of a one man show. Luka has the blade that can hurt angels. Luka has the original four spirits to neutralize the artificial-spirits. More over, remember the first plant chimera? Alice magic attacks couldn't put a dent into it, while Luka, still a lot weaker than now, made a park out of it.
Most probable thing is the attack drags out untill luka and the others, mainly with Luka's support, fight the invaders (or some of the invaders) to a stand still, and than the mob boss put some ace from her sleave that Luka counters going in "sleeping-berserk-supersayan" mode.

Then, the four heavenly knight gotta go to the four courners of the world to save the weaker monster asses, Alice stays in the castle to coordinate evrything, and for the first time in the game Luka go solo. He go back through the whole continent, saving all the monsters and the people he already met and fighting all the angelic crap coming his way. The final boss is obvously hiding in the temple in Luka' home town (where everything started, everything will end). Probably there's gona be a pit stop in the elf village from th beginning, where the "secret" about Luka sleeping-berserk-supersayan mode will be revealed.
Than Luka kick Illia's ass, get the girl, and averybody fucked happily ever after... (but in the shadow, some minor, annoying boss who survived the fight says some criptic crap that let us believe there's gona be a sequl that they'll never actually will make)

What i realy hopo to see in 3rd part of the game?
1) Alice going all soft and mushy on Luka, dropping the tsundere/yandere act;
2) Sara going monster mode, becoming some kind of kick ass monster who hel Luka in a fight in a more substantial way than that time in the piramid (she was so useless she HAS to redeem herself in some way!);
3) Luka bitch slapping Illia: it's not enough to just defeat her, i realy hope luka can humiliate her a little bit, telling her to drop the bitch act and get a grip;
4) Some lycantrope: we got a catgirl, a cerberus, a lot of kitsunes, but no real were-monster girl;
5) even if i now it's not realy gona happen, i kinda hope for some free monstersex, now that Luka doesn't care anymore about Ilia's doctrine;


What do YOU hope for? Let's here some ideas?

Luka CAN'T use his Fallen Angel abilities that he could use while asleep. As Tamamo stated, overusage of such abilities causes him to turn his body into pure holy energy. Whether this means he turns into an angel or something else, I have no clue, but considering Tamamo says its a bad thing, it's probably a good idea not to use it unless he finds some way to counteract that side effect.

As stated in my earlier post, I think Sara will become a powerful force too. If a half-demon goes by the same flow of a half-angel (i.e., more powerful than their pure-blooded counterparts), she could essentially be almost as powerful as Luka himself.

As for Luka having sex... something tells me he's still not gonna do it willingly. He used to justify it by using Illias's commandments, but even without the commandments, he's not the type of pervert who would willingly have sex with monsters. Heck, considering some of the fates the monsters had for him (kept as a cum slave, eaten/digested, drained dry, etc), he has EVERY REASON to avoid having sex with monster girls. Or angels. Whatever.

As much fun MGQ 2 was, I wouldn't get a new laptop for it though.

You'd better save up and get one with a big display and water proof keyboard when part 3 comes out.

Speaking of part 3, how does everyone else feel about it?

I kinda don't like the Chimeras they don't really look fun, just weird in a bad way. I know that there will be also other normal looking monster and from the previews they look fine, I just hope that there won't be 50% Chimera-type monsters.

However, I'm really looking forward to the story and to possibly new abilities of Luka.

2.) Maccubus: Succubus Grind
3.) Succubus: Energy Drain

and what's the fastest way to get Sylph tired. thanks

Nothing special about these, avoid summoning Sylph for 1-3, 4 is a bound attack, just wait.
