"Oh fine" Rosa pouted jokingly, putting on her best fake sad face. "That's reasonable enough" she replied, walking over to the girl and gently pushing at her shoulder. When she began to stir the shifter said "wake up sleepyhead~" The girl sat up and rubbed her eyes, and then looked curiously at Rosa. "We're headed towards home, so get up and get ready to move. Whenever you're ready, Mei-Lien."

"It's as she says, we are going to leave this place now. This is Rosa by the way, one of us castle people." Mei complemented the shifter's words with her own. Giving the girl a few minutes to recover from the nap, she soon announced her own readiness to the shifter. "Alright, I'm ready to get going once more."

"Hello" the girl said, giving Rosa a deep bow. "My name is Tess, but you don't have to call me that if you don't want to" she continued, causing the shifter to raise an eyebrow. Still, they allowed the girl to take a few minutes to get used to her wakefulness before beginning to set out. The sun had already set, forcing the group to stay fairly close together to see each other, though Rosa's eyes shone in the dark in a way that indicated that she could see just fine. Tess kept up just fine for quite some time, the nap having prepared her for the journey, and in the end it was the slimes who wore down and forced them to stop for the night. As before, Rosa steered them into a patch of forest and the slimes crawled up into the trees, this time 3 of them staying behind to serve as beds. Tess looked a little confused as her wiggled beside her and then flattened out, looking to the others.

Once there was enough recovery to be had and the introductions were over with, the group moved out as a unified front, now with a new member in Tess. They moved in the dark of the early night, not getting too lost from each other by the virtue of Rosa's glimmery eyes and staying together. But they eventually had to settle down as the slimes were starting to tire out. Of course, Mei herself had nothing against the sleeping period either, having had her fill of fighting and running for the day. As the slime beds formed, the fighter demoness saw that Tess was having difficulties with understanding the whole thing. "Just lie down on the fellow. He will be a nice and warm bed for you, even if it feels a bit funny. They won't start screwing you or anything. Unless you ask, then they might, not sure. Really isn't my thing when I wish to sleep."

"Huh... That's... really nice of them" Tess replied, kneeling down to pet the slime. She whispered something to it as Mei-Lien and Rosa took their positions on their slimes, the aqua blobs slowly engulfing them and providing them with warmth and support. Tess soon followed along, though her slime engulfed her much quicker, and the two could hear very muffled moaning coming from the girl. Apparently she had opted to receive more than just a bed from the slime before she slept... Regardless, Mei-Lien drifted off peacefully to sleep after a short while.

The demon was nudged awake by the slime in the early morning, and it receded slowly to allow her to adjust to the light. Rosa was being woken up in a similar way, though from the sounds of it Tess was getting a slightly different wakeup call... After a minute or two she let out a loud, though very muffled, cry, and the slime receded again as the others crept down the trees. The human looked much less messy than she had been before, the slime apparently having cleaned the dried cum off of her body during the night. She was looking down at the ground and blushing slightly, maybe a little embarrassed at having chosen the way she had. It made Rosa grin all the more. "We made pretty good time yesterday. We should be able to get home just after midday if we hurry a bit, I think."

"Shouldn't have said that one part..." Mei thought as she heard the human and slime getting it on. But even with that, she was soon in sleep.

In the morning, the same wild stuff carried on, but the redhead was all too familiar with such things, and could shrug off such things without too much hassle. "Now now, stop being all blushy about it and get ready. It's nothing neither of us couldn't see coming or aren't accustomed to. Once you are ready Tess, we will march out again. Surely there will be food waiting on the homegrounds, along with the remaining company that you will get to be familiar with soon." she said to the girl, ready to go at any time.

"Yeah, it's not like I haven't played around with a few slimes in my day" Rosa replied, winking at Tess. The girl nodded, seemingly a little bit reassured by the extent to which her perversions were shared by the people around her. The group then set out towards the castle, having to weave around some farming communities here and there before finally coming upon the castle, right on schedule judging by the position of the sun. "Well, kid, this is home. At least for a little while." Tess seemed impressed with the place from the outside, imposing as it was. There wasn't anyone waiting for them this time, and as they walked through the gate the slimes dispersed to their places inside. "Your mistress and your slave are probably training right about now. Want to check up on them, or maybe make some lunch for the five of us?"

After a brief round of confessions from all of them, the group moved onwards. The journey towards the castle was pretty much uneventful, only a few town evasions being something out of the ordinary. But pretty much by the time that Rosa had suggested, they arrived at the castle gates, the whole trip passing without any hassle. "Suppose it is the kitchen shiftg then..." Mei thought out aloud as there was no-one there waiting for them, doing some other things instead.

"Mmm, let's go make something then. Come along, girl, make yourself useful" Rosa replied, beginning to lead the two to the kitchen. Tess nodded, but said "I'm not much use cooking, but I can try to help." Soon enough they were in the kitchen, and the other two paused, looking to Mei-Lien for instructions. It seemed she had become the cook of choice for Rosa and Erica.

"Again with my ideas to be used. Blah, fine. But this time, it will not be a complicated thing, I'll just make this simple and nourishing." the redhead demoness went along with the schemes of the others to get her into cooking. The order of the day would be a kind of chankonabe, a stew that originated from Japan. Getting herself a relatively big pot to stew the food in, she instructed the others to get out all kinds of ingridients. There would be chicken, beef, fish, potatoes, carrots, spring onion, asparagus, mushrooms and other assorted thingies to be included, which she ordered them to cut into relatively big chunks as the idea was to eat one thing at a time with the chicken broth that served as the base of the food. The meats would require a bit of pre-frying, but the main part here would be the waiting for the dish to simmer into proper consistency.

The resulting dish was a huge pot of various different edible things in a chicken broth, so the people eating would be able to fish out what they wanted to eat from the pot along with the tasty liquid. It didn't need much spicing, and Mei added only a little salt and pepper in there. With the entire pile of stuff done, she picked up the pot and carried it to the table. When the others got around, it would be time to eat.

Rosa and Tess helped Mei-Lien gather up the ingredients she requested from the various pantries and then began to prepare them. Tess had been very right about herself, as it seemed she was fairly useless at this. Even cutting the foods into fairly big chunks left her with cuts all over her fingers, which Rosa giggled at. "Quite the clutz, aren't you~" she teased, causing the girl to blush and focus harder, being more careful with slightly better results. Soon enough they were done, and watching Mei-Lien cook the meats and begin the stew, letting it simmer. As they waited Rosa went off to inform Erica and Hannah that food would soon be ready.

When it was done Mei-Lien carried the large pot into dining room, while Tess carried in some bowls and utensils for people to use. The other three were already sitting around the table. "Mmm? We have a guest?" Erica asked, raising an eyebrow as Tess laid her bowl in front of her. "So what's her story now?" The girl didn't speak up, instead waiting to be told where to sit by either Rosa or Mei-Lien.

As one would expect, the mistress had her interest raised by Tess' appearance. "Well, she was among the captives at the outpost. After freeing her, it came apparent that Tess here was not willing to return to the standard city life, sharing some of my mind when it comes to intimate matters. So, I thought why not ask her over here. Surely you can figure out something for her to do, mistress?" Mei answered as she selected her spot, patting the newcomer on her shoulder as a signal to sit down. Among the eating, they would likely discuss more things, as the older succubus was likely to bring further questions and thoughts onto the table.

"Mmm, and I didn't even have to beat the snot out of her to get her to see it that way. I like her already" Erica said, snickering a little as she looked into the pot of stew, trying to discern what was in it. Hannah was looking at the new girl curiously, not quite sure what to make of her. Tess sat in the seat next to Mei-Lien once prompted to, as Rosa began to pick out what she wanted, scooping a cut of beef and some potato into her bowl. "So, which of us do you belong to?" The elder succubus asked Tess, who blushed and made no reply. "Finder's keepers?"

"I don't know, isn't that up to the mistress of the house?" Mei came back at Erica as she took up random things from the pot, not being terribly picky about what ended in her bowl. "I mean, I'm not a ruler or anything here." she briefly continued, picking up the first bit to eat. Of the situation between Tess and Hannah, she had nothing to say or do about. It might be a curious thing to see how the two would get along.

"True enough. Though I have about as many slaves as I need" Erica replied, fishing out a few ladlefulls of stew. "You can have her if you'd like." Tess squirmed uncomfortably, picking out her portion, with Hannah doing the same. "It's good to see you back. I was getting a little worried since it was taking so long" the young mage said, after taking her first sip of the broth. There was a lull in the conversation then, as the group ate and/or just didn't know what to say.

"Brah, fine. I'm starting to feel like an old woman here, like I'm a mom or something..." the fighter remarked back at the older succubus, not sure if this should be taken as a blessing or something else. Shortly, Hannah too joined into the conversation."Well, it was on the other side of the island. There was a lot of ground to cover, and we had some slimes that cannot quite match the speed of a trained humanoid." Mei spoke to her, but had little to say afterwards, mostly just contributing to the silence that all the others were providing.

"Hah, in a way you are a mother. A strange kind of a mother, of course, but you are one" Erica replied, grinning as she ate. "Or at least, maybe if this new one doesn't mind the idea of being turned~" Tess blushed a little and shot sideways glances at her new mistress the rest of dinner, eating quietly. Hannah replied only with a nod, quietly eating her stew. The rest of the time was spent quietly, until Erica sat back and said "alright, you'll get to rest up for a couple of days before the main event. You can start now. Rosa and I will clean up lunch, and it seems like there's enough to have leftovers for dinner, so we'll store some of that. Afterwards your mage friend and I will continue her training, and you can do as you like" before getting up and beginning to gather up the bowls and things.

"Alright. Not sure what I'll spend this time on, but alright." Mei agreed with the mistress' words as they finished their mealtime. Leaving the two of them behind to clean up as dictated, the redhead headed towards her own room, not entirely sure what to do with all this time. But a little rest probably never hurts anyone.

Mei-Lien found that Tess followed along quietly behind her as the other three cleared the table, still looking plenty nervous. "Sorry if I'm bothering you, but I don't really know what to do just now..." she finally spoke up once they were halfway there. "I don't want to be trouble..."

"Calm down now, no-one's going to maim you or anything, the place for you will be found eventually. Are you good with something particular?" the martial artist demoness asked from the new girl as they went. In the room, she flopped onto the bed, somewhat intrigued at what might be the answer from Tess to this question. Maybe that would hint at her future thing at the castle.
