Hah, and that one weird screen with Lily being pregnant I saw before was indeed the 4th episode preview.Though that means next episode is not gonna be a happy one for Lily, since it implies she get captured too.

It seems to be 25-50% tentacle early, then a harem moment, and end with vanilla with the tanned one (lily?)

well this is probably not the last we have seen of Tentacles and Witches, they will probably release a special bonus short with the Box Set like they did for Shion and Taimanin Asagi.
