I'm not sure if there's some sort of in-game CG gallery.
as for having a 100% save, I pretty much dropped this game, the farthest I got is after the Wvyern, I might of cleared the area after that but my memory's a bit fuzzy..

I fired up my old save on this game, and yes, there is no CG Gallery.
There are, however, three available endings (as far as I know).
One was...well, goddamn weird.
Anyway, if anybody needs it, here's one of my saves, with the best equipment/skills available. I'm not sure if there's anything else to do with it, since I can't moon enough.

I see. Well I suppose it cannot be helped, but I will try to figure out why my glitches happened. In any case, thank you for the help.
Oh, and there is in fact a recollection room, but you need to not screw up one of the quests. It is related to either one of these two.
The Fisherman's Rod (no, not 'that' rod)
- At some point in the game, the old fisherman in the pier will need your help.
- His fishing rod broke, and he wants a replacement. Accept his quest.
- He will give you his broken fishing rod.
- To fix it, you need to find several materials and use alchemy.
- HOWEVER, once you have synthesized this new rod, it is not over yet. Sure it is fixed, but it is not the rod with the same quality as it was.
- If you give this rod to the old man, you can still finish the quest, but your reward will be a mere 3000 gold, and that is all.
- Now you need to talk to the fisherman in a small house. If you helped him get a chunk of Bahamut meat earlier, he will upgrade the rod.
- Give the old fisherman the superior rod, and he will reward you with 3000 gold and a key to somewhere.
The Blind Brawler
- In the islands where you fight seafoods (third area), in the western part, there will be a spot blocked by a pond. A training dummy is sitting there.
- If the day is rainy, there is nothing special happening.
- If the day is sunny, there will be a blind man training his moves at the dummy.
- Once you have the genome of Ice (from 4th area, with all the snows), you can freeze the pond and pass and talk to this man.
- At early stages in the game, he will just brush you off and focus on his traiing.
- After a certain point, however, he will appear defeated by a demon.
- Go and talk to him. The demon will confront you instead.
- The goal of the fight is to survive a few rounds, after which the demon will run away. In fact, it glitches your game if you kill it, so avoid that.
- After the battle, the blind man will give you his memento clock to pass on to his daughter in town, and then he dies.
- Go to the town and speak to the child running around the rafflesia flower. She will hand you a key to somewhere.
* Once you get the right key (I forgot from which quest...), you can use it in alchemy to synthesize a new key. This key opens the room in the black market (where you buy Forget Grass), and behind it... voila.

And how did you did you get all the titles mastered in your save game? Unless you used quite a number of Forget Grass, the heroine should be traumatized after a number of rapes, would she not?

Thanks a bunch man, exactly what I needed. It's nice to have people check back into the thread once in a while long after they've beaten the game to keep things going for newer members.
As for the people asking for translations and such, it is very rare for a game to actually motivate someone to do an english translation patch. However, I find that AGTH text hooker and Translator Aggregator does wonders for RPG Maker style games and many others.

Translation Aggregator - Uses a variety of different translation websites and programs to decipher your most recently clipboarded string. Since there's a variety of different ways to interpret sentences, it's nice to have different translations in front of you.

For the money, I think I cheated on that with a save editor. That's the only thing I cheated on, though.
And yes, I farmed Forget Grass to get raped as many times as possible for the titles.
