I haven't been able to do anything u guys explained but i did find if u talk to the guy in the restaurant all the way to the left and choose the two bottom options u get teleported to a castle where u can fight 2 rats a plant but if u got through the door u get pwned and game overed by a slime. thats about all ive been able to do very disheartening cause thats the only way i can get out of town.
Later on, it seems to be a side quest. I've gotten past the slime(they're regular enemies in the 4th area), but the boss in a later room seems to have an ABSURD amount of hp(by absurd, I mean bleeding effect was doing 100k DAMAGE TO HIM AND HE STILL DIDN'T DIE), losing to him doesn't give Game Over Rape either.
On an unrelated note, the NPC in the bottom left area in the 3rd Area(Gaga Islands? I don't know) which you can't get to because of a puddle in the way seems to have disappeared on me for whatever reason. I found out that you need the Ice Spell from getting raped by the dragon boss in the 4th area to freeze it, but the NPC is still missing.
Edit:Nvm, he came back.
Anyways, this is all I've found so far Sidequest wise.
Lost Cat
-Speak to the little girl in the house that's north of a well on the right side of town.
--She'll tell you her cat ran away, which can be found in the 1st area/the plains.
--It'll run away upon seeing you, but other than that, it won't do anything to you, just run up to it and catch it.
--The cat will then be sent to the home, talk to the little girl again and she gives some sort of recovery item(a higher tier one)
Special Mushroom
-Speak to the man on the right side of town that's facing a rock, I don't know if he's there to start with.
--He'll ask for a "special mushroom", which drops from the extra boss in the plains.
--To make the extra boss appear, you have to get impregnated by the plant monster in the 1st area, you'll know if it happens if a message comes up after the rape scene when the screen fades to black. Just walk around for a bit afterwards and she'll give birth to the eggs.
--He gives the Mushroom Hunter Title and then for some reason, jumps into the well. The title is seemingly just for show since it's not equipable
Dancer's missing shoes
-Only shows up when 3rd area is open?
--She'll ask to retrieve an equip, Sneakers.
--It can be made at the alchemy shop/the house with the star icon as a signboard, though I don't know if this is the proper way to complete the quest. She did say she lost them after all.
--She gives a book that teachs a rather powerful skill that inflicts a status effect, which I have no idea on what it does, it also increases your max gp.
Fisherman
-When the 3rd area opens up, go inside the house near the pier where the ship is and he'll ask for the boss drop of the 3rd area.
-I don't know what the reward is, he says he'll help you or something but I don't remember exactly.

Bunny Girl
-No idea when it opens, possibily when you gain access to the man who sells forget grass.
-The girl across the table will ask for Forget Grass. After you give her one, she asks for another.
-Afterwards, she gives the "Show Girl" Title and a Bunny Tail(which I haven't found the use of yet)
Stolen Genome Book(or something like that)
-Only appears when 3rd area is open
--Speak to the Clerk in the building to the left of the town exit, you cannot go inside it later on since it hasn't opened yet.
--She'll mention that something was stolen and you should speak with the guy in the house next door about it.
--He denies stealing it, and seemingly just pushes you if you try to ask about it anymore.
--Upon leaving the house, a girl will appear, who is a friend of the supposed Thief. She'll mention about a hidden passage between the Slayer's Guild Building(the building you start the game in) and the church. However it requires a 6 character password to get in. She then says that he visited the church often, so you should ask around there.
--Talk to the priest at the podium, he talks about how he would view the scripture or something and he won't let you view it, unless you run an errand for him.
-You have to get 3 Hard Wood(made with pieces of wood gathered from the areas, it should be the 3rd bag icon at the alchemy shop list) and 3...of something I don't remember(requires raw silk gathered from the knocked over trees in the 3rd area, it's the 1st item on the alchemy shop list)
-Afterwards, give the stuff to the priest, he'll allow you to view the scripture, which is in a cupboard on the 2nd floor.
-The scripture supposedly tells you what the password is but I have no clue.

which one of these three is the answer for the door. That dungeon is part of a side quest involving the librarian's stolen book, which the reward is buying skills from her.
~credits to a user at the toonchamp boards.
-Once you enter the gate, the place is pretty much a maze, with a boss at the end. Defeat the boss and grab the item behind where he was, and go back to the Thief's house. He'll finally admit that he stole it and hand the book over, and you get another title.
-The shop sells books that teachs more spells. One of them(I think the book that costs 1,200? no idea.) is required to get over the pit in the first area, which is basically just another gathering spot.
Well Water
-I don't remember how this quest went exactly, it shows up when the 4th area is open.
-Talk to the old lady by the well, she'll give you Well Water.
-Talk to the Alchemist shop keeper.
-Go back to the old lady and she gives you a orb thing. Which teachs another recovery spell(heals blindness) and increases max gp
Defeat Beezlebub
-Later on once the 4th area opens up, you'll see a little girl wandering around the bar bothering two people. She'll ask to help her grandfather defeat Beezlebub, you will teleport to the castle afterwards.
-When you reach the first door you'll fight a slime thing. It's weak to the soundwave attack gained from getting raped by the plants in the 1st area.
-When you get to the next door, there is a savepoint. MAKE SURE to save in a separate file, since this quest seems to be a point of no return unless you can complete it. You will then, have to fight a knight, who seems to have a rather huge amount of hp. I have not defeated him yet so I don't know what happens next.

Broken Fishing Rod
-Appears after 4th area is open talk to the old man near the lighthouse facing the sea.
--Choose the top option, he'll give you his broken fishing rod to repair.
--It's "fixed" by choosing the present box option at the alchemy shop. Which has to wait till the next area where you get iron which is needed for it.
--Don't know if it's mandatory but the fisherman npc from an earlier quest will seemingly adjust the fishing rod or whatever.
--Return the fishing rod and he'll give you some money and a rusty old key(which with alchemy can be turned into another key, which I don't know where it's used yet.)
Blind Man
-In the 3rd area/Gaga Islands you may see a man training in the bottom left area, training with a scarecrow, however there is a puddle in the way. Requires the Ice spell which you get from being raped by the dragon boss in the snow area.
--I don't know if it's the next time you visit him, but when you come to see him again, you may see him unconsious with an ogre near him which you have to fight off. I don't know if you can lose to it, it seemed to just back off if your health gets low.
--He tells you to give a clock to her daughter in town, the girl walking around the sparking flower.
--Give her the clock and she'll give you a key, which even she doesn't know what it's for.

Child's Prank
-Appears when the 5th area/Elsa Ruins is open. Talk to the kid in the church(you'll know who it is because of the little mark above their head that indicates the other side quest npcs)
--He'll ask for 2nd Tier version of firecracker(requires 1 firecracker and two pieces of iron gathered from the boxes in Elsa Ruins and a suppository(bought from Fami/item shop in the guild)
--He'll go ahead and play a prank on a nun. When you go over to the room, you'll see a sparkling thing on the ground. which teachs another skill and increases max gp.
Missing Archeologist
-Appears when Elsa Ruins is open, is a lady sitting on the far right table in the bar/restaurant.
--Will tell you to look for someone.
--Supposedly is behind the large crack in the wall in the 1st area, but needs bombs or something to get through, which I haven't got yet.

Guess I'll also throw this out too while I'm at it.
List of Monsters that can impregnate you and the Extra Bosses that appear
Plains: The Plant Monster(spawns a mushroom monster)
Desert: Minotaur/Boss(spawns a stronger minotaur)
Island: Boss/Giant Worm thing named Bahamut?(spawns a Kraken)
Snow area: The.....I don't know what the hell it is, the monster that you encounter if you run into the blue slimes(for some reason, spawns a Snowman)
Elsa Ruins: Boss Doesn't seem to have an H-scene here. The Ogres impregnate you(spawns a mud monster thing.)
Extra Notes
--The Showgirl Title gained from the side quest which requires giving away two Forget Grass has a skill that can be learned that basically makes you strip/make you auto-lose to monsters instead of waiting for them to defeat you.
