Well dammit. I was hoping to avoid something like this. I should probably turn against this recruit kid, but I can't just hang him out to dry now. Besides, those mercenaries are obviously sketchy. Evelen sighed and looked to the recruit, saying I didn't really want to get caught up in this sort of thing. Still, it doesn't look like it can be helped. She took up a defensive stance and made ready, keeping in mind all the training she had done so recently.

The soldiers saw her change into a defensive stance and facing them, one of them grind and said before attack her "Nice, i will teach you to respect the rules missy" he then weild his sword and try to wound her arms but with her ranged weapon Evelen managed to hit his support leg and the soldier fall as a brick. The others two try to hurt the recluit but his quick moves and defensive skills make it imposible, soon his right katar wound the torso of one of them twice and he go back dodging any attemp to payback. The fight continued with both fighters bloking the attacks of the soldiers.

I'm sure you respect the rules just as much as I do Evelen called out playfully as she blocked and countered the men. She kept up her defensive fighting, though this didn't look like the best situation they were in.

Damn this bitch is thoug The soldier mumble before get up and attemp to hurt her, but it was in vain, the quick moves and combat instincs of Evelen were too much for the soldier, the Leader then walk toward her when her spear make the soldier eat more dust. Meanwhile the young warrior was having the advantage with his weird weapons until the soldier saw and opening and wounded his right arm with a slice. The fight was just starting, but the advantage was with Evelen in this moment.

Both soldiers then prepared their arms and walked around the mercenary, their looks are also in the student who had great skills. Sudenly the wounded soldier try to stab the side of Katrina's chest, but she moved in time her spear and block the sword, then she feels how the leader wound her back protected by her middle armor, it was clear that she will had problems fighting both soldiers, but then a deadly scream call their attention. The young man free his arm from the blody chest of the dead soldier and walk toward the others two, the leader decide to avenger his subordinate even when he know that it is just an illusion.

Evelen made a note to thank the kid after the battle was over, and kept up her defensive fighting against the weakened mercenary as the leader focused his attention on the recruit. Hopefully she could kill this one quickly so they could gang up on the leader.

In the start all was right, the firm defense stance of Evelen was too much for the weak soldier who soon fall again in the floor. Meanwhile the recluit rush toward the surprised soldier who receive a direct painfull blow in his chest, the exotic weapons maybe wounded a lung of the leader and then the young man continued in a endless attack against the soldier, but then this swing his blade and hurt the shoulder of the recluit, it was clear that the wound was dangerous, now with a wounded arm he will unnable to fight in his best against the skilled soldier.

Evelen was expecting that she had to fight and defend herself some moments before help the boy, but she noted that the guard of the soldie was so open that she could end this now. With a quick slash she separe the head of the soldier's corpse, it was so fast that his body still swing his sword before fall in the floor. Now she look and go to help the young man who had maded another critical wound on the chest of the soldier, the leader of the 2 dead soldiers get back and split some blood before continued the fight, his body nearly can resist with the two deadly holes in his torso, it was clear that he dont had the experience fighting this kind of weapons

Evelen circled around the leader, preparing to stab at his back carefully. This battle had actually gone pretty well.

The three interchange sights as Evelen circle around the deadly wounded soldier until be in front of his back, she then try to stab him, but he move a little late receiving a wound on his chest, he then return the stab below Evelen's shoulder, maybe missing her heart by the wounds on his chest, then he groan and exhale his last breath when the edge of the recruit cut his column in two below his neck.

Now both both stay alone in the field, the young man try to control his bleading of his wounded arm, as he talk to Evelen. Thanks for help me in this battle. Why you do it, it was not your duty fight us? The young man looks reliave and strongh enough to fight, maybe Evelen could use him if he trust more in her to said more of him.

For one thing, those guys looked really shady. I don't doubt that they would have turned on me after beating you if I had fought with them. For another, I have the suspicion that my friends and I are going to need all the help we can get. There's rumors going around that something... distasteful... is going to happen today, during this test. Evelen frowned as she adjusted her armor, stretching a bit and trying out her slight wounds. Besides, you seem like a decent guy. Shall we keep going?

The boy was really surprised by the words of the speargirl Well, that is really incredible, there were many soldiers to had someone thinking to do something. The guy end to close his wounds using something of his backpack, some kind of fluids and then cover it with some bandages Many of us had travel from the limits of this cave to find a hope to our towns, do you know if this could harm the students?

Do you trust the soldiers? That's kind of cute. It won't serve you well out here, though Evelen said, the frown never leaving her face. The soldiers might be part of the problem, at least some of them. It's all confused though. People will get hurt, and probably the recruits will. Especially the girls, based on what I've seen so far.

i... cant believe, this place too... The young man get up and return the sight to Evelen. If thats truth we dont had time to waste here, maybe we must save or take out any student to save them of the mercenaries and corrup soldiers The young man wait for Evelen and then both continued their path, in the distance they still could her the screams and moans of girls in the distance, this was getting worse every moment and then from the blushes they saw a tree creature raping a girl, her naked body was getting inside of him and Evelen know about it. He was a treant, a living monster that hide himself as a normal tree until a unlucky girl decide to walk or rest close him, her destiny will be the mate of the monster turning into a wooden figure before sprout flowers and living seeds of her kidnapeed inert body, there was still time, but close the monster was other of them. The young man close his hands and looks to Evelen expecting to hear that they must save her, but part of him was with doubts to help her against these creatures, at least she will be safe, not literaly.

We can't be getting into too many fights, though. We'll need our energy. She walked with the young man for a while longer before asking so what's your name, anyway? I guess you don't have to tell me if you don't want to. After a time, the two of them stumbled across a treeant raping a girl. Chill a bit she said quietly, I don't think we can help her. Besides, this is just an illusion, and from what I've read they aren't too hard on their victims, though I've never tried it myself. She's probably better off with it than potentially having to suffer at the hands of one of the mercenaries. She led the man away, and when they were suitable distance away said there is nothing worse to deal with than a human.

Both leave the girl at her luck, she certainly will not suffer to much now that she was being pleasured by the plant creature, maybe they could end this before she get completely traped. They walked for a time and then the young man said My name is Meecah, sorry for dont had said it later, its just that this was supposed to be only a survival test. Both then saw a road that will guide them direct to the mountain, of course that it will be not easy and soon they saw two mercenaries wraping two girls with ropes and chains, a third was healing his wounds, maybe they could surround the place, but they could find monsters in the woods

My name is Evelen, and it's not a big deal. I'm not that sensitive. They walked along the road until they found a group of mercenaries finishing up their capture of some female recruits. Of course this can't be easy. Let's hit the one healing himself hard and fast, maybe we can catch him before he can fully heal Evelen whispered, running for the man and attacking him at full force, hopefully before he realized what was going on or healed himself fully.

Both passed without get noticed and with a direct impact both warriors hit the mercenary who shout in pain, the other two leave theirs trophies and taking their weapons went to help their ally.

Evelen then feel the sharp edge of a weapon wounding her left side chest and saw the other mersenary using his club to hit the young warrior, both know that they had to reduce their number quick and soon both hurt the wounded soldier again with stabs and slices, Evelen then block the sword and kick her foe sending him some feets away, the recluit also dodge the swing of the other and now with the third mercenary crawing to save his live, both had a chance to earn more advantage in this fight.
