Susan strikes and mutilates one of the two remaining tentacles with a satisfying double strike that slice the thing into many pieces.

The remaining tentacle groans and squeals as its brother falls, and tries to flail at Susan wildly, but she easily parries its ineffective assault.

Moving on....

Susan twirls a final time and slashes down at the thing, lopping the "head" off the remaining tentacle and sending the monster down to the floor with a gooey squelch.

"Feh... too easy," Susan says as she proudly stands over the vanquished bundle of tentacles.

Susan has gained Sword Expertise Level 1!

Looking over to the prisoner girl, she sees that the girl has started to become aware of her surroundings. She's still in a daze, but her panting has become staggered and she is moving her head from side to side.

"Uuoohhh... can, can feel them inside me.... uuoohhh," she says mindlessly. Susan notices that the girls nipples are leaking milk, and her belly seems to be contracting and moving on its own. The chopped tip of the now dead tentacle is still lodged inside her honeypot, covered in slime.

Susan quickly clean and put her sword inside her cover to run where the young girl was.

It was weird for her heard than the prisoner will give birth to these kind of creatures.

"Don't worry I'm here, i don't know what to do in these situations". Susan take out the head of the tentacle than she kill first with caution of don't hurt her. Looks like we must wait until they born, are you ok with that?.

She look how this girl will react before tell her than the monsters are dead so she say.

"When do you get birth to these things do you i will take care of then"

After know than she still is same she will try to free her opening her handcuffs and placer in a better position to give birth.

The girl groaned, and then something in her belly seemed to kick and the groan turned into a whine.

"Gyaah!... huff... huff... I... I just want them out of me...nnhhh...nnnahhh!"

Her belly continues to rumble violently as Susan lowers the girl into an easier birthing position, supporting her head in her lap while the girl's legs were splayed open.

A minute passed as the girl continued to moan and agonize, then after several tense shudders, a squelching sound could be heard from her birthing canal, and a thin, slimy tentacle slowly wormed its way out of her. The process did NOT look fun, but when the first birth was over Susan saw a helpless smile come to the girl's face.

Likely it had to do with the aphrodisiac mucus that covered the newborn tentacles.

Five more tentacles squirmed out of the girl before her belly returned to normal and was able to rest and heave a sigh of relief. The newborn tentacles would be easy enough to destroy, they didn't seem very intelligent or quick.

Does Susan destroy them?

Thanks to all the programs of the TV and the movie lessons of biology Susan know what to do.

The event was the more repulsive and grotesque than she have saw in all her life.

After saw how much tentacles have come out from the poor girl and how the aphrodisiac work make her decide witch will be the best option to these creatures.

"They must die, nothing good will come from let them live and corrupt this virtual world" Susan say to herself inside her mind.

Instantly she left rest the new mother and use her sword to put an end to the short life of all these newborn monsters. She make quick and deadly cuts.

After all that she wait until the young recover from all this as she look how much could these thing change the body of his victims.

The time passed and the girl was ready to talk.

Hi im Susan, maybe you want to answer this but. why you was chained?

"Mmm?"

Even though the girl has had time to rest, the ordeal has still been a bit much for her.

"Oh, I was captured from my home town by raiders and sold to a band of crazy people. They're half men, half monster... and they worship these... things. There are many of them, and they use women to breed and make more. Somewhere, very very deep and down below, there is a giant beast. The evil half-men worship it like a god. Or goddess. I'm not sure, it could be both. Both men and women are taken to it, but they're never heard from again...my friends..."

The girl begins to sob, and it is several minutes before she can get control of herself enough to speak.

"My name is Tess... and please, you look strong. Could you help me escape here? I just want to go back to my village."

Susan hear whole history of Tess, a little disappointed to know than she was just a npc.

"So half monsters... i never have hear of them" then nod and give her hand to help her to stand up when she ask for her help.

Sure i will help you. but do you know how defend yourself?, i doubt than will be easy to go out of here also i don't know where the exit is.

Tess sniffles and rubs her nose.

"Defend myself? Well... if I could find a bow and some arrows, I could probably help out, as I'm a decent shot... but as it is now, I think I'll just try to be quiet and stay close to you. I'll fight if I have to."

Despite being just an NPC, Tess seems very lifelike. Her belly has reduced significantly in size in just the past few minutes, and it looks as though she is in decent shape, even though she is very small and petite.

The only immediate exits for Susan and Tess are through the passage to the sound of running water, or back the way they had come.

"Then i will be your sword and shield until we go out of here" say Susan with a gentile smile.

Susan start to feel ashamed after saw again the body of Tess and remember than she was naked too. Just in that moment she notice (maybe for the extra weight of her her breast she don't notice it later) than she still have her backpack. She open it trying to find some clothes or other things (than don't are her rations) than could help her.

After all that she decide to clean herself "Lets take that path, i can hear water and as you can see i need a bath."

Inside her pack, Susan finds two packs of nondescript clothing. An in game message appears before her, informing her that these clothing sets can become whatever she imagines them to be - but once determined, could not be changed back.

Susan looks over to Tess and wonders if she should bother clothing an NPC with one of her precious clothing bundles?

After that is decided, they continue down the path towards the running water.

Susan descended along a steep, damp stairwell in the rocks until she came out at the bottom to the side of an underground river. The water looked fast in some areas but there was a calmer pool blocked off from the flow of the water by a large rock that could be used as a place to bathe...

Susan left the choice for later even when she will don't give any clothes to Tess.

As they reach the natural pool a smile illuminate the face of Susan, now she can get ride of all this smelly slime.

She nearly forget than she was not alone as she start to clean herself, Its great than we can take out all this, do you want than i help you to wash your back?".


She try to avoid to look to tess, but cant contain herself and ask her after be so close to her.

Tess, maybe i should don't ask but... your breasts... were like that before all this happen?

After that hard moment she continue her bath. It take some time until she finish to clean herself.

Tess (T-E-S-S... -_-) looks as eager as Susan is to get cleaned up. Moving to dip her feet in the water, she quickly shudders and steps back. "It's so cold..." she said.

Instead she kneels down by the edge of the moving water and uses both of her hands to form a bowl, and splashes water over her body, trying to rid any traces of the slime and tentacles.

"Oh, no, I'm fine," she says when Susan offers to wash her back.

She holds her nose and dunks her head underneath the water, then comes back up, visibly shaking and shivering, her teeth beginning to chatter inspite of herself.

She puts her arms around her ample bosom and hugs herself, trying to hold in her warmth.

Susan notices the way her body is bouncing and can't help but stare at Tess' overly large chest. Unable to keep herself from asking, she inquires about her companion's bust.

"Oh, these? No, they... they changed after the tentacles had their way with me for a while. I really don't know why... and I'd rather not talk about it, if it's okay with you. Just not now... Maybe when we're out of these caves and free..."

After a while Tess finishes washing up and sits shivering naked by the river's edge as Susan finishes cleaning herself.

The only way forward seems to be to follow the river.

After heard than these creatures have the ability to make that kind of changes to any human body a shiver cover the whole body of Susan just thinking than they could increase even more her now annoying ample breast, probably that will reduce her sword skill and speed making herself a easy prey for the monsters and who know maybe they could do even worse kind of permanent things to her avatar.

Suddenly, by think all that she give a false step in a wet stone making her fall in a clumsy way and created a splash than even send more water to the poor cool sensitive Tess. Fortunately for Susan her skills and athletic body react to avoid any damage, but she fall completely in the cold water making a scream as she she stand up shivering and making the same thing of Tess trying hold in her warmth in vain. Quick she end to finish her bath and clean herself completely of the slime substance than nearly was starting to feel like a second skin, she forget about cover her bouncing breasts and her nipples cant be more stiffened by the cold water.

"I'm... sure... than we have a better chance to find an exit if we follow the river" Susan cant talk without chatter her teeth and even a pair of sneeze come from her "Tess...i have an extra pack of clothes in my backpack, when we get out of the river i will give it to you"

She know than she will regret to do that but she can resist have compassion by this poor girl even when Tess was just an NPC, to much things have happen to her she lost her friends, get kidnapped from her town and give birth to who know how much kind of creatures than make permanents changes to her body and maybe in her mind than maybe could don't resist more. Susan was her last hope to escape of this hell.

"OK, I'm ready, lets go out of this cave" Said Susan as she ask to herself if she really have the strength to finish this task than the game give her or she just have send Tess and herself to an ever worse fate than be a breeding machine to these monsters. Taking all her items, Susan follow the river

Tess takes the clothes with a thank you and a bow of her head.

When she puts them on, it appears that she is wearing just a plain off-white dress with a pair of loose fitting pants underneath and a pair of sturdy boots.

The two companions set off down the damp, rocky edge of the underground river. They travel for about five minutes before they see a lone figure splashing in the water. It seems to be shaped roughly like a human, but it has blue green skin, covered in scales. It seems to be pawing with one hand in the water while the other hand holds a staff.

Susan make Tess stop and stealthy she make her look the human like creature, as both go back she whispering her if that thing was one of the half-human than kidnap her than she was talking about. Of course she try the best than she can to don't lost her of sight

Tess nods, with a look of fright in her eyes. "Yes, that's one of them... it looks more monstrous than the ones who took me, but it's still a lot like them...."

She hides behind Susan.

"OK, its a shame than only i can give you this but at least will be better than if you fight unharmed, i will go first and create a opening for you, wait here until she give you her back" Whisper Susan as she give her torch to the archer and then try to make a surprise attack to the half-human using her sword trying to make a deadly strike

Tess nods and stays put as Susan creeps into the dark, hoping to get the drop on this strange creature. She gets to within 10 feet of the thing, almost leaping distance, when she is forced to enter the water, and the current sloshes against her boots.

With a hiss, the creature spins and readies it's staff just in time to deflect Susan's strike. It immediately tries to counter with its own strike but Susan ducks it.

The two warriors square off against each other in the shallows of the underground river. The creature up close looks to be almost wholly lizard like, but with small eyes and a bulbous, rounded head. It has a long, flat blue tongue that hisses and drools at Susan behind a row of jagged, serrated teeth.

"Damn i forget that" Susan says inside her as start the fight with the lizard thing, she send a second strike as she back step trying to reduce the distance a little and she try to avoid than tess get visible to the sight of the beast.

If all get well in her next turn will try to surround the human-beast to make a open to tess.

Susan raises her sword and attempts to fight defensively. The troglodyte swings its staff, and it clashes with her blade as she moves to strike. The two stand with their weapons locked before the monster shoves her back a few paces.

Meanwhile Tess begins to run towards the fight, splish splashing in the water holding her torch above her. She will arrive at the fight in a few seconds, but the troglodyte is aware of her presence and swivels its head back and forth between Susan and Tess, preparing to fight both.

The fights still continue, Susan use all her experience than she earn playing video games and martial arts to fight something than in the real life nobody wish to meet in a dark alley.


After try her tactic she have "surrounded" this creature, but after these two moves Susan realize than could have been an error to start this fight.

With the time the light of the torch illumine the battle zone, maybe Tess should have wait hidden in case than the sword girl lost the battle, this monster was much for the little archer.

A sudden move of the head of the Troglodyte show to Susan than he was preparing himself for a 1 vs 2 battle, but also than he have a little of intelligence.

Susan take advantage of the moment and attack him as we move his head, after that she prepare herself to avoid his counter attack.

Then she prove how smart this thing was " Thanks to come to help me Tess, take care, this one is a little more strong than the others" Said Susan trying to be heard ed by Tess and then say nearly whispering to the Troglodyte "i just need to resist until the others come to aid us, it will don't take to much time"

With all that, Susan hope than the Troglodite try to escape
