You have to press R at the game over screen to restart.
Have you tried any of the games? Any recommendation?
Well, this is what I can say about the games by the guy that I actually played.
Evigen, you play as a maid who's only method of attack is to simply shove stuff at first. Then she gets a pistol, eventually getting a flamethrower and granades and other weaponry. I haven't played this one in a long while, the game contains mostly ryona/guro, with some Game Over scenes, the only ones I remember having them are the zombies, the roper, the green slime(which face rapes her then enters her body, then makes her skin turn purple. I don't know wth it is either.) and this red dinosaur thing. I remember it being on the difficult side though, expect a few instant death traps and annoying room layouts. I remember that you had to protect a little girl later in the game but I haven't gotten that far in it.
TwinTales is an odd one, though it's also an action platformer like Evigen. At first it seems like a conflict between a faction of witches and a faction of swordswomen. You alternate between a trainee(?) witch and a swordswoman at first.
Eventually you'll gain control of both heroines, allowing you to manually switch between both chars, the a.i controlling your partner who simply follows you around and agressively attacks any near by enemy, though if either of you die it's a game over. Oh. Don't let rockets hit the Witch. They kill her in one hit no matter what and it results in her body parts flying everywhere.
Again it's seemingly ryona as well, other than the sprite based rape from the zombies, lamias and ropers molesting you, though there is a single game over scene with these pink pig things called "Awks"
Madogen is still a WIP if I recall right, it's a 3d, almost third-person shooter like game, which has chars from several of the creator's previous works present. I honestly haven't played it too much so I can't really say much about it. The Zombies have rape animations, along with the roper.
