A bunch of loud, thudding steps announce Fletch's arrival. He takes a look around before mumbling "Eh, some 'nam veterans have it worse" and nods at Claire. His old base cap is back, once more pushed down to hide his eyes, which twitch around nervously - the mental episode still too fresh to be processed as such. Luckily, Eve's hideous outfit quickly provides a distraction.

River arrives a few minutes later, picking her way through the remains of the house and down to the cellar, finding the rest of the coterie already down there. "Heh, figures that I'd be the one running late." She chuckles as she enters.
She's got the same jean jacket on from the gathering, but underneath it is a half-shredded muscle shirt with some basketball team's logo on the front. Through the shreds it's obvious that she has some kind of bulletproof vest on. Her pants look just as bad, some camo-patterned cargo pants, torn several times and patched with cutouts from a pair of jeans. She pulls out a pair of nine millimeter pistols and a Saturday night special and holds them out to the assembled group. "First order of business would be these. First come, first serve, and I want them back after."

"Wish I still had my vest... I think it burned," Claire said looking upwards towards the floor of the remainder of the house. With a sigh she shrugs and opens the duffel, taking from it the same 12 gauge she'd had when the group went to get the book. Inside was a small collection of shotguns and rifles, one with a scope attached on top.

"I asked nicely, and someone deemed I could have this back," Claire said, a bit of surprise in her voice at the recollection as she examined the weapon.

"The rest of them you guys can pick from. More power than the pistols from River, but at the same time you might want a bit more experience to be using these against people... ish... things," she said.

Ronny nods in greeting when Izzy and Raven come down the stairs, other than that he ignores them for the most part. When Eve arrives he blinks his eyes at her clothes before he sincerely smiles and says, "Oh very nice, the clothes might be hard on the eyes but your beauty more than easily draws attention away from them."

When Fletch arrives Ronny again nods his head in silent greeting before turning his eyes back to Eve. Only to be interrupted by River's appearance who he also nods at, though he still seems a little apprehensive toward her. As she hands out the guns he nods towards them. "All right we probably don't have much time to really teach you much, but if you want to know how to not shoot your foot off I'm ready."

When Claire opens her bag Ronny adds, "I'll probably borrow a shotgun just in case but I'll check them out after I've showed the others how to use a handgun."

"Always good to have backup, just in case. But the handguns are better for teaching I agree," Claire said simply.

Eve watches Ronny a mite suspiciously at his comment, before she picked one of the rifles and hefted it a little with one hand, feeling the weight. She shook her head a little, and picked up another one, before grinning and stepping back. "The only think i can see myself needing help with is the aftermath. I know how to use one of these."

Ronny shrugs his shoulders, "Hey whatever you think will be easiest, and that was really just meant as a compliment. So anyone else want to learn or can we get going."

"You're welcome," Ronny says smiling back as he leans up against the wall of the cellar.

Eve lets out a sound that's halfway between a laugh and a sigh before she mutters, "You confuse the shit out of me. Congrats."

A low growl escapes Fletch's throat as Ronny so obviously hits on Eve. Quietly, he moves a few steps closer, placing himself at Eve's side - though he makes no move to pick up one of the arms, handgun or otherwise.

"Suppose a quick rundown is in order. And don't worry, I've got no intention of keeping this any longer than I have to," Izzy states, going over to pick up one of River's handguns.

"I know point the other way, squeeze, don't jerk, and okay, I've got no idea where the safety is on this thing, but gimme the rundown and let's see what I can do."

River passes Izzy one of the nine millimeters and a spare clip, then points the the small switch on the side. Safety's there, but I wouldn't suggest firing that till we're out in the country. Pull the entire top back every time you load a clip, button to drop one of those is just a bit down, on the handle itself. Other than that, point and click, yep. It's a police special, so there's thirteen shots per clip."

After giving the same to anyone else who needs a quick lesson, she'll pull out and unfold a sattelite map of the farmhouse and lays it on the floor. It show's a two-story farmhouse, a large barn, and a few vehicles, and not much else. "Alright, this is it. They usually have a single watch out at night, everyone else hangs out in the farmhouse. The barn is too open for a daytime haven, but I think a Tzimisce works on projects in there. I'll take care of the watch, should only take a minute or so. After that, I'll hit either the barn or the upstairs of the farmhouse, up to you guys. You guys do whatever it is you feel you're best at. Questions?"

Following where River points with her hands, Izzy gets a feel for where the various catches and buttons are on the gun, sticking the extra clip in a pocket where she can readily get at it.

"Wasn't planning on it," she replies to the remark about firing in the city limits. Moving over to the table, she studies the map, noting ways in and out of the property and in and out of the buildings, if they're detailed enough.

"Any idea how many we're looking at? I mean, two or three of them, in one night, sired the lot of us. I doubt they pulled a lot of numbers or we'd notice missing people, but if one night nets them about a half-dozen troops..." She looks thoughtful. "And any idea of what we'll find in the barn besides a Shim-aat-see?" It's hard to tell if she mispronounces it on purpose or she can't wrap her tongue around the word. "If we can clear that out quietly enough, there won't be reinforcements from the house and then they won't get any when things go south there." She looks around to the others to see what they think of the idea.

"Hmph. I think we should split up, hit both at once. More for the house than for the barn. Doesn't give them a place to pull back to. Is there somebody here that can do that ninja thing while moving? Claire, River? If so, they should hit the guard." Fletch has spoken up without thinking and now leans over the maps. "As soon as the barn is cleared, that team moves in through the back door, get them from both sides..." His voice trails off, and he looks up. "Uh, if that's okay with you guys."

At Eve's comment Ronny just keeps smiling from his spot against the wall, "Yeah well I died a couple weeks ago, it must have had a strange effect on my personality." He does raise an eyebrow when he notices Fletch inch over but shrugs his shoulders and turns his head and looks over at the corner instead.

After the map is folded out he looks at it for a second before going over to look at Claire's collection of firearms, grabbing one of the shotguns to take with. When Fletch suggests splitting up he looks over at the others and says. "No way we should split up like that, half of us are inexperienced and we could end up blasting each other in the dark. Why don't we just take out the guard and set fire to the place from a distance. It wouldn't be that hard to make some molotov cocktails, or is that too much of a risk for the masquerade. Oh and what's a shihtzu, I thought that was some kind of dog."

At the mention of molotov's Claire looks up.

"Who's still legally alive?" she asks looking around at the group.

Izzy glances over at Ronny. "You know, I was thinking fire, but I wasn't sure how good of an idea that was. But you're right. I don't know that splitting up would be a good idea." She glances at Fletch. "River says she's got the guard, so we're okay there. We just need to figure out how to clear out the nests." She taps the house with a finger. At Claire's question, she looks up. "I am. I think most of us are."

"Zim-i-shay," River corrects them, over-pronouncing the word so they can pick it up easier. "They're fleshcrafters, work it like putty. So dependong on it's age, skill, and creativity, you may find him making ghouled furniture, braindead ghoul shock troops with bladed arms or bone spikes all over, anything you can think of and then some. One of them I knew before actually molded a ghoul into a sort of jacket, so he'd look warm for infared cameras. Sick stuff. Good news is, if he were good enough to make anything truly dangerous, he wouldn't be hanging out with the licks, so it shouldn't wind up being that bad."

"I can take out the guard, no problem. Just give me a minute's headstart and he won't even get a word out. I can probably handle the barn as well, so long as it doesn't have too many active experiments at once. Molotovs are an option, but yeah, unnecessary property damage is a boo in the pen-pusher's notebooks, but sometimes it has to be done. I say take them, just in case."

"I liked them better as little dogs. So River takes the guard then the barn while we hit the front of the house then. Seeing as how fire is frowned upon." Ronny says looking at the others to see if they agree.
