I fairly enjoyed RK's Slave HUnt game on the chat when he used to run it, but I found that due to several reasons, be it access to internet/waiting for people on chat and occasional drama, not to mention other personal reasons of his own, I don't think he intends to try to run it anymore. So I've decided to try to take it up myself and maybe see about running it on here as a forum game. I have several new ideals and concepts I am thinking about adding to the pre existing rules and etc. he already has posted up in the sub forum. If anyone thinks that they MIGHT even be the SLIGHTEST bit interested please post on here and let me know, as soon as I get a maximum of 6 people I will begin to put up my ideals on the sub forum and try to generate dungeons and etc to get things started.

Bump. I have several ideas I would like to integrate into the game. New items, shops, and as I said turning the erotic arena into a full blown Slave Hunt splinter, like SBS Sci Fi. But I want to wait till I have at least three or four people interested and willing to play. I will stop accepting new comers maybe around 5-7 people so it's manageable. Does anyone Visele or Lurker, feel like I should start a game for you and see if it grabs people's attention(s)?

I'm trying to wrap my mind around all the lists in there, but it's a bit overwhelming. Are you using the 4E lists by RK? If so, his lists in 4E seem to assume you're already familiar with 3E, which again assumes you're familiar with 2E.

Are you planning to play this pbp style on these forums or in a chat? (apologies if you've already answered this.)

Also, would you be able to tell me what you would need from me as far as a character and a concept and whatever. I guess the way everything is setup now, it's hard for a newcomer to waltz in and understand what's going on. I'm interested though!

It was going to be PbP style in the RP section as I don't have internet at home, and may not think about it when I am on the net. It might be slower this way, but it will be I think more reliable and dependable then chat as I'm not able to be on there much, and don't think about it enough when I DO get on the internet. Character and concept will have to wait till I get the setting and world ironed out. THough Im not particularly picky. However, if youve been reading this thread, you'll know I'm trying to think of some politics and such for the universe, like racial relations and such.

I'm getting a sinking feeling a complete revamping may be in order. I really like all of the stuff form all three versions of SH, but i've been informed they don't mesh. I like the races backgrounds and traits from 2E but like some of the stuff from 3 and 4E as well. Should I just forsake stats and such altogether, or does anyone have any ideals or suggestions?

I'm getting a sinking feeling a complete revamping may be in order. I really like all of the stuff form all three versions of SH, but i've been informed they don't mesh. I like the races backgrounds and traits from 2E but like some of the stuff from 3 and 4E as well. Should I just forsake stats and such altogether, or does anyone have any ideals or suggestions?

Take what you like and leave the rest. How complex a system is it? There's no need to reinvent the wheel, right?
