You're forgetting that katakana is bitch. And what it transcribes often doesn't sound like the original at all. So you should look for something close to it. Like Veisel or Viezel. I don't know german, so I can't possibly guess.
As for 貴様、まさかまたっ!?, it'd go with something like "not again!". Literally it means "Could it be, that you, *an optional rude word here*, [are going to do it] again!?"
For a note - 貴様 translates as "you". It doesn't mean "bastard" or something like that. Japanese has tons of words that mean "you", each having a different feeling about it, while english has only one word (i'm not taking into account thee, thou or anything like that), so one might want to add something to it. If you just leave it as "you" it should work fine, too.
p.s.
About まさか - it's often pretty hard to adequately translate it to english, so sometimes you can just replace it with something else.

Don't rely on translators too much when translating, they tend to mess up katakana (like now) and composite words (like the scanning thing in archer girl)
