I think the question of rape falls back to a variety of questions about the character's personality...
Is she prudish, and going to squirm around just from her body being exposed?
Does she care more about fighting than anything else in her life?
Will she already be sexually active, and to what extent on her own?
Would she be the kind of girl to taunt her opponent in a naughty/sexy way?
Due to the RP world's nature, I think there will be many girls who are going to be more upset and angry about losing a fight than being raped, perhaps even seeing the act of being raped as merely a final insult of a superior opponent, and vowing revenge for their defeat... rather than for being raped.
Alternately, due to the characters all being well trained fighters and willing to beat each other up (and even kill one another?) purely for their vaguely explained need to fight (at least early on, when they don't understand everything yet, I don't know if they learn more about it later), it's just as possible that any of the characters would take the most extreme and violent of reactions, like some of those described here.
In the end, just remember this is an RP and characters don't exactly live in our world, so our personal reactions won't be the same as the character's reactions. Bearing that in mind, I'd say that the actual dirty deed can be dished out on a player by player basis. A fade to black would be easily done with a beaten character, a full results scene sent in PM for those who'd like less public displays, or a standard posting of it all would be fine as well.
