Um... I think you've gotten my stance wrong in this. I said I generally don't like remakes or movies from other countries, simply because it doesn't feel as if the effort isn't always there.

Only a day... but its Thursday, games come out on Tuesdays... unless its totally different over there.
Games generally release on a Friday in Britain. Especially big name games. It's most likely to do with people not working on a Saturday/Sunday so they can make more money. Haven't a clue why they release games in America/Canada on a Tuesday, that really doesn't make any sense to me.
Just the shipment day for pretty much everything. Food, beer, games, DVDs... everything. So that's the release. Dunno why...
Something to do with they want it to be early, but everyone hates Mondays... (Some places take Monday off for this very reason)
Heh, no. I haven't fallen into that particular literary trap yet and I'm not certain I will, due to various reviews. Not entirely my cup of tea when it comes to fantasy lit. No, I was referring to the next Dark-Hunter book that's coming out.
