Just saw Les Mis, dug it. Wolverine was weak, everyone else bordered from competent to phenomenal. Had never seen it before. Are there any particularly exceptional renditions I ought to check out?

My first exposure to it was the 25th Anniversary edition that they put out. I freaking loved it and it's fairly readily available. May want to give it a whirl.

I was disappointed that that version didn't have empty chairs and empty tables. but i did watch that many times before the movie.

It didn't? I'm going to have to watch that again, because I was pretty sure that it did. Then again, the cuddlebuddy is borrowing it right now, so I'd have to get it back. Project for later.

This situation is only funny if you don't know more. for instance russell crowe was the lead singer in a band. and more appropriately hugh jackman has been the lead in several musicals including the incredibly gay boy from oz.

I liked him in The Fountain. That was a bizarre but very good movie. Helped that Rachel Weisz was in it. Like her too.

It turns out a bunch of Inside the Actor's Studio is on Youtube. Maybe most of it, maybe all of it. I dunno. I do know he one for the Simpsons is great except they had to cut all the animated footage so it didn't get pulled from youtube, I guess.

I'm fine with that as long as you don't think I'm a bad person for hoping Loki kills Thor. I know he won't or at least I doubt he will since it's about time for him to worm his way back into good graces as he always does. Still one can always hope.

Then I'd just have to counter with the other half of the conversation that took place when I asked a friend if I was a bad person for hoping that and got "So long as you don't think I'm a bad person for thinking Thor and Loki need to forget they're raised as brothers and fall into bed together." Can't say as I'm a fan of that ship, but I'm not going to deny her that one. Especially since I want to kill off the love interest. *shrug*

I just want more Sif. I like Jaimie Alexander. Jane can die, Thor can die, but so long as I get to see Sif kick some ass, I'll be happy.

If the trailer is any indication, I do believe we get more Sif.

I'm fine with more Sif since it means more of the Warrior's Three. I also want more Heimdall and you know maybe they could acknowledge Tyr and Balder being important too. You know it's strange now that I think about it but I like all of the Asgardians except for Thor, go figure.

How much you want to bet that someone already wrote that story your friend wants to see. Granted it's probably not written very well.

I think Balder shows up in the Marvel comics, but I don't know about Tyr. Then again, I didn't read much of the Thor comics growing up and the X-men only went to Asgard in a few issues, so I don't remember it all that well *laughs*
