C Can she just deliver the biri eggs first? She could go in slowly after that, taking her time without penalties to everything

(The biri eggs are not ready to be laid yet, they will take a while longer. But:

Vote Biri Eggs)
a) The eggs are ready to be laid 24 hours after being put in her.
b) The eggs need 2 to 3 days before they can deliver them.
c) The eggs will slowly grow over the course of a week before she can finally get them out of herself.
d) The eggs won't come out until they're almost ready to hatch, so it will take 4 or 5 weeks.

Will post a proper update a bit later today.)

Re: Kathy's Legend of Zelda CYOA

Wow, I have no idea. Uhh, if I was going with sexual I haven't seen eggs usually be in a girl too long before they pop out, and if I was going strategic, I'd still want them out of her sooner so she wouldn't suffer penalties.

Tough call, but I wanna say A
Quicker gestation = more impregnations.

A, because I'm not a big fan of impregnation...

As a side note, whenever I read Kathy writing about Link talking to someone without using any words, I always think of . ;)

Biri Eggs: B - they'll take 2 or 3 days before they've developed enough to be laid. Too little time and I have to wonder why they're even implanted in the girl anyways.

Biri: Logically I'd go for B... but as for "game/story's sakes"... Toss it as an A.

Re: Kathy's Legend of Zelda CYOA

1.) B - obviously she has to warn them, but trying to stop them would probably be futile if not downright stupid.
2.) B - if they're going anyway, she might as well go with them and obviously be careful of traps.

extra.) B - 24 hours makes me question what the point of the implantation was. At least C if not D would make more sense, but we *do* want to move on. (And, ah, make room in case it's ever needed...) So I'll go with "B".

Re: Kathy's Legend of Zelda CYOA

(Winning Votes: 1-B. 2-B. Biri- a/b)

(egg vote results)
(Biri Eggs will require 24 hours minimum to gather warmth and be properly fertilized. With great strain, Link can squeeze most of them out (enough to negate the penalty) after this long.

After 48 hours, the fertilized eggs will begin to swell, and it becomes easy to let them leave her body. Waiting to let the eggs leave naturally is the best thing for the eggs, but if she doesn't force some out, it may result in slowly birthing a few eggs at a time over the course of a day.

By 72 hours (3 days), the eggs will have grown substantially and naturally trying to leave her body for a safe nesting place, when laid all together they keep one another warm until they are ready to hatch a few weeks later.

Past 72 hours, Link must actively try to keep the eggs inside herself if she doesn't want them to leave her body, the gooey mess inside her with the eggs coats her insides in a slick mess that makes it very hard to keep the eggs inside her.

A side effect of this is that anyone attempting to penetrate her has very little trouble doing so, Link unable to resist anything rubbed against her pussy, (any successful grapple gives an automatic penetration if they want to).)

Link snapped out her hookshot and fired it at the wooden gates, pulling herself over and holding her sword out to block off the zoras, giving them a sharp glare. She warned the group that it was a trap, and in her most noble voice, ordered them to either take up weapons and follow her, or to step back and let the skilled hunters and fighters handle it.

Although a bit begrudgingly, Link's powerful presence instantly put the Zoras in place, many bowing to their new queen and backing away, while a few brought spear and sword, a mere three of them ready to come with her... The false king had done well to weaken the position of the Zora, so few armed, but the entire group so easily whipped into a frenzy...

The Hylian knew that the now deposed false king was right. The first attack against Zora's Domain would be the last, every zora here enslaved or killed.

(The Trap.)
Link had a mere three zora warriors coming with her, and no idea how many enemies she would be facing off against. Her heartbeat quickened and she held sword and shield at the ready as she motioned back for her attack group to spread out and secure the area as quickly as possible.

Lord Jabu Jabu was long gone, the lake had many tough bridges built across it, it seemed as though the area was being used for travel to other lands, a back way into Hyrule that no Hylian would know of, thanks to Zora's Domain being blocked off. There was a single ladder up to the bridge, and the false king with his guards already had a huge head start on Link and her hunters.

Link drew her bow and fired off another arrow, the attack thudding ever so close into the bridge as the false king smiled down at her.

There was an outburst of laughter, and from behind Link, a sudden string of explosions. It was too late to retreat, Link realized that she was trapped as a rockslide blocked off the only path back into Zora's Domain, and many dark robed figures emerged from their place concealed on the bridge.

The trap was not so crude as to blow up beneath Link or to have them surrounded the minute they rushed out, the trap was setup far in advance, the False King's delays, that attempt to get all of the zoras to rush after him, they must've been expecting a rebellion eventually, and Link walked straight into the trap without a clue just how planned out these unknown figures were.

(The Battle.)
A dozen figures lept off the bridge in unison, drawing twin swords and rushing around Link and her Zora companions, magical fires surrounding the group, erupting through the ankle deep water, no way out, the only answer was to defeat this group.

The False King called down, his voice slowly changing as he put his hands to his face, a soft hum of magic being broken echoing through the area, and the figure walked off, his body covered in those same dark robes as the others. "Kill the Zoras. Capture the Hylian. I want her caged, collared, branded, and broken by this time next week."

Link couldn't shake the feeling that she'd fought these things before... but different... no time to think on it, the fight was already going on all around her.

(Round 1)
Link swiped at the first enemy, the robed figure leaping out of the way just barely, put on the defensive, another one rushing at Link, snatched by her Biri's tendrils and huge jolts of electricity dropping the figure to its knees.

The spear wielding zora thrust hard, his attack deflected by the twin-blades of his foe, and the sword wielding zora stabbing through the figure as it was distracted trying to block. The final zora locked in a duel short blades on short blades with yet another dark figure, deftly slicing his foe's throat and dropping the enemy.

( 3 dead, 9 remain )

The remaining enemies rushed the group, blades clashing against Link's shield, and her Biri barely able to avoid one blow, one of his tendrils sliced off, but his center safe, Link's heart pounding in fear of her companion, but she vaguely remembered what Pamela said, turning back to the fight just in time to see two figures leaping on the twin-blade zora and he went down hard, blood slowly pooling around him in the water.

Her attention diverted, Link rounded on one of the cloaked figures just in time to dodge its blade, ducking beneath the attack, and clutching her sword, about to stab at it, when her foe swung his swordhilt back, cracking Link squarely in the face, sending her slamming onto her back, dazed and hurting, but she didn't simply go down, quickly rolling to her feet and braced for the fighting to continue.

(Link dazed (-1 level), Zora Twinblade defeated.)

(Round 2)
Link still felt dazed as she swung hard at the first figure, roaring angrily, "HA, HAI, HIIIIYAAAAA!" Her sword missing the first two swipes, then catching the thing hard as she unleashed her spin attack, pouring magical energy into her weapon in a rage, but only one of the enemy was close enough to catch the lethal blow, dropping hard to the water.

Link's remaining companions were quickly making short work of their own foes as well, her Biri having caught another and quickly dropping the foe, and with both sword and spear shoved through their enemies, the two remaining zora hunters had no trouble turning the tide of this battle in their favor.

( 8 dead, 4 remain )

Link's Biri showed even more skill as one of the foes rushed him, thrusting his sword through the creature's tendrils only to find himself the target of violent electrical jolts, putting him down instantly, but the others all turned their attention to Link herself, the Hylian barely able to deflect the barrage of attacks, two of them at her front, she deflected their blades off and guarded herself, but caught a few hard strikes to her arm, a small trail of blood coming down her arm.

(No ally losses, enemy lost another.)

Link glared up at the bridge as her opponents scattered again, that last wave of losses having broken the magical fire spell, opening the path after the false king, even while the enemies were preparing to make another attack against her and her companions.

A single rickety ladder was left along its side, apparently forgotten from its construction, and she could barely see the hooded figure of the false king walking off, completely assured of his victory without even realizing his warriors were being torn apart.

(The Vote)

d) Link orders the zoras to go after the fake king, staying to finish the battle herself before following after them.
e) Link orders the zoras to finish the false king, staying to end the fight against the ambush, but NOT joining in the chase of the False King.

Vote 2) After the battle... (multiple votes allowed if they make sense and go together)
a) Link attempts to re-open the path to Zora's Domain with her bombs...

a2) so she can return to Zora's Domain, helping prepare defenses against potential attack.
a3) so she can send a message to her people that she is safe, then asks her zora companions to come with her.

b) Link attempts to take the bridge...
b1) ...in the direction the false king was taking.

Re: Kathy's Legend of Zelda CYOA

Vote 1) A, The False King has fled the field, finish these thugs up and let him go. He isn't here anymore, we need to prepare the Zora for the future.

Vote 2) A2, Blow the rubble up in an attempt to get back inside, inform the Zora that the false king have escaped, but that he will be back within a week.

These Zora needs to be trained, their morale restored and bolstered, the Zora's home, and the Lake up there, needs enhanced defenses. LETS MAKE THIS A STRONGHOLD. 8D

Mmmm... Biri-Aided Zora Combat Arts... Zaptastic. *Rambles*

I'd normally go with pursuit, but as a new queen, I concur with RK

I'm tempted to vote for sending the zoras after the king, just so he doesn't completely get away, but I think he's smart enough that anyone besides Link who tries to follow are gonna become redshirts.
