A Pokemon update! YAY! Played it through and absolutely loved it. Time well spent. My only complaint would be that in the bottom left room of the new gym the trainers CAN (and did through some absolutely idiotic maneuvering on my part) pin me into the corner, essentially forcing me to revert to an old save.
I like the way your holding closer to the anime than the game. I love that you are drawing in your own art for this. It seems like it'd be a slow way to do things, but at the same time allows much more freedom for the creation of awesome events (like your unique take on misty's play or the spearow babysitter).
That part of the game isn't really implemented yet (though "girl" does have her own "back view" for when your using her), and IS cheating.
Or you could just add porygon to your pokemon directly by editing the text block for one of your current pokemon. That kinda takes the fun out of it to me though. Or mess around with the level editor a bit. Either way its still cheating.
Legitimately? Like the great Humbird0 said, you can't. I haven't actually caught her myself so I can't say if her back/in use view is in the game right now, and there probably isn't too much reason to catch her yet besides being a wierdo like me who likes to poke into every crevice he can find.

Ahem. Technically... kinda. You can't do it fair, but rocketballs could work POSSIBLY (The game allowed me to throw them, but porygon was a bit too tough for me to manage to catch it... yet). If you load your game via text block and add rocketball="num_10" to the region that has all your items listed, it'll add ten of them to your inventory. Also allows the catching and subsequent usage of trainers. I love my rocketballs.

Very nice update with a lot of good events. And the gym battle was pretty interesting, probably the most engaging battle so far in the game.
My only real issue is that it lacked wild pokémon. A place to catch wild tentacool would be great just in case someone forgets to get one in trainer battles, and it would also be nice to have some repeatable battles with pokémon above lv. 1 that aren't onyx. Maybe some more tall grass encounters in the next update?

In retrospect, I guess I could've had areas of dried grass in Pewter. But it wouldn't look quite as desolate if I did.
I tried to make up for that with lots of trainer battles.
Also, Ratatta and Diglett can be encountered in earlier areas of the game, so that's not really an issue. But it seems like it would be a little odd to have Tentacool wandering around in grass. I guess for now, it's an exclusive pokemon you have to steal from trainers.

For the desert, you could probably have sand drifts/patches of soft sand instead of grass. As for Cerulean..... yeah idk. Maybe put a wild Tentacool in the gym's pool?

That's an interesting idea, since it implies a pokemon is moving underground.
Might be useful for caves too if I have pools of sand.
A similar effect could be used in snowy areas.
You don't get the ability to swim until much later in the game.

i was going to complain that you can only seem to find about 4 diffrent wild pokemon, (not including pika) since nobody seems to learn new moves yet, and attacks dont seem to get stronger (still doing about 2 damag per hit with scratch, when other trainers are flailing at me for about 8 damage) the game seems impossible without cheating for more health unless you fill your pokeballs with the same pokemon just so that you can overwelm trainers with numbers, but if you can steal then that changes everything

It's a very nice concept, it's just a pity it's so short. I realize this was probably meant to be just a short mini-project, but I can't help but feel that this premise could have easily carried a full length game. Perhaps something to consider when you're done with your current big projects?

Downloaded Yipeplayground 1 . And started playing Time Wabbit, Where you get to the part where there is a blonde girl locked in her room (this is where it breaks and crashes to the desktop) . Here is the steps . 1 toss spider through window go back to time device turn it off watch her freak out and throws cloths to floor . She run to dresser and picks up pager then goes for cloths . This where it stops then a box pops up and says " No such interface support " . After clicking button game just goes back to desktop.
