Preposterous! To suggest all these innocent (if scandily) girls would be capable of rape! ;p I think Studio S is on the rougher side of things, seeing as stuff like light guro or a roid raged cage fighter seems to be their highlight. I probably wouldn't be looking at Studio S for sweeter-than-ice-cream yuri loving either.

if these characters were innocent then they probably wouldn't know how to fight like that, so I'm assuming that there all guilty, and are getting some sort of solidified karmic backlash

It's that time again. Time for more observations from the resident crazy.

After watching the video's Trigon linked, I've noticed that two more characters are references or near-copies.

First up, Mari. Wouldn't have realized it until said videos, but she's clearly a near-copy of Marin from Seifuku Densetsu: Pretty Fighter on Snes.

So once again Studio S draws inspiration from a retro fighting game.

The other one is a bit more of a reference, and possible a very long stretch, but Iku seems to be a variation of Miku Hatsune, from the Vocaloid series.

I say this due to the onion motif, the fact she has a raging, obese fanboy ingame, and similarity of outfits. Again, quite a bit of a stretch...

looking at the new characters Al and Bell reminds me of the old concept art of Abel from Street Fighter 4. The name makes it seem that it could be more than coincidence...

Looks like cakeisxxx was totally right.

Hey i found Super strip figter IV On Hentaifarm or Youngmikes site dont remember though Well bascillay its a Mugen like game you fight with a couple of charecters However u can rape to kinda If some1 knows How to rape/strip Please tell me Becuase i can't seem to understand Japanese Would be real happy if some1 can tell me I succeded once while i was Buttom mashing like hell but no luck knowing Wich damned buttoms i pushed

I figured Iku was a generic reference to otaku culture/nico nico douga. She's got the leek/onion thing, that move where comments fly across the screen, and I believe her on-top sex moves are a reference to all those riding machine videos.

I don't know much about the new game. It seems to still be in the very early stages of development. There are a couple of pictures of two of the game's characters on the front page of the StudioS blog, but that's about it. I don't even think the game has a working title yet.

I think that they said they didn't want to make a fighting game this time around...
