That game is 凌奇艶武 (Ryoki Enbu?). I have yet to hear a decent translation for the title. It is a fairly recent Studio S release (only Super Strip Fighter 4 and the gameboy Strip fighter are newer.) Still, they produce maybe 2 games a year so it came out last year.
It is very similar to the Battle Slave series in that it is primarily ryona and violence. 4 female characters and one male. The game is not very balanced as the male is noticeably stronger than any of the females (but not as bad as Battle Salve in that regard). IMO, the fighting mechanics are decent, but nowhere near as good as SSF4.
It is easier to rape in that game than in SSF4. All you have to do is win and then you can do whatever you want to your defeated foe. The guy has like 4 different H-positions he can use (I wish they had incorporated this into SSF4).
There is one clearly loli character in the game, so I guess uploading it here would not be appropriate.
On SSF4:

Will the author release updates in the future.
Fully half of the characters have some form of H-move or rape move. Since it's not an independent game like Fairy Fighting I highly doubt they will release any updates. Most likely they will simply release another sequel in the distant future.
After playing SSF4 for a while, I mostly agree with what's been said so far. The thing I really like about it (and the previous game too) is that it is a really good fighting game. In terms of pure fighting mechanics, it might be the best
fighting game with H-content around right now. (If someone knows of a better one, please let me know.) I am a big fan of fighting games, so this alone makes me like the game.
However, I am somewhat disappointed in that I was hoping for a lot more sexual content. Here's a small wishlist of things I would have liked to see:
- More H moves. While it's great that some of the females can finally initiate sex, my favorites (like Yuki and Ran) were excluded. I don't care if it doesn't make sense story-wise! Paizuri with Ran would have made me very happy, for example.
- More stripping! The game is called Strip Fighter! I want to see clothing damaged, destroyed, or stripped off far more frequently.
- Incorporating H moves into the normal fight. It would be nice to be able to do some sexual combat in the middle of the round, even if only briefly (like as part of a throw or something)
- Girl on girl action. After hearing that some females could rape, i was really hoping for some yuri action! Oh well, maybe next game.
- More game modes. Every Studio S fighting game I know has exactly 3 modes: Story, Versus, and Practice. Even one more mode would be a nice change of pace.
Last but not least, some videos of SSF4 combos can be found on YouTube. Since I'm a huge fighting game fan I'll be practicing some of them for a little while.
