@Wonderboy: Try DarkTranslations I think, Im not 100% sure, it might just be English patches for games that are released but they have a lot of Pixy/Lilith published games on there. I hope it helps

As I recall this was an abandoned project or something, actually done by some German artist, I think, but there were a couple more pictures from it that I don't have anymore. Anyone got 'em, or a source or something?

I have the first chapter of it(no hardcore, only nudity), and that picture, and more pictures that she posted on HF and Futanari Palace; as well as other places.
I started translating the first chapter, but never finished it.

According to the artist, the manga is finished; and she was planning on selling it on SL, but I haven't heard anything from her in months, almost.

It's probably a clip from what I think was the third episode of Himekishi Lillia - pretty good series (though extreme for some, depending on your taste; tentacles, monsters, inflation, birthing I think) by Pixy. Basically, spunky princess gets imprisoned and put through sexual trials by her brother, for some throne related reason. And... for sex.
There's a link for the series floating around for it, you're best off checking the Hentai movies section, as there's a thread there that lists all working links to videos.
