I'm pretty sure that this is from a game. I think I got it off Hongfire once, but that was years ago and I don't have it anymore.
It was called [kanji][an infinity symbol or ~ or something?][kanji], I think. You got a schoolgirl and chose scenes doing stuff to her until a stamina stat ran out, and she leveled up and stuff depending on what you did I think. I think you could get items, and if you came on her during previous scenes it'd still be on her on the scene selection thing.

Well g.e hentai is a little more complex then just click-download. What happens with that site is that you actually have to give in return to get your hentai. You make an account and you have to start uploading hentai, which people will buy off you using the site's currency. You use the currency you earned from them to buy other people's hentai.
It's actually a pretty cool process, though it makes me feel like a druggie, always selling my shit to get more of that special feeling.
As for the .iso file, yeah, it's the real deal. You can run the setup, but the .exe file's just in the setup folder, so there isn't much point.
