Yeah Area 51 is one of those secrets so poorly kept that everyone knows about it. Sort of like how Delta Force still doesn't officially exist.

Kind of glad I only drink a soda once a month at most, of course I usually get the Mexican coke which is made with actual sugar as opposed to HFCS but still it's not the best thing in the world to drink.

EDIT: Yeah that does sound pretty stupid, especially since none of those plants looks remotely like a pot plant. Reminds me of that woman who had a garden in her lawn seized because she didn't have a permit, sometime last year.

Because the journalists were investigating and releasing articles related to the NSA and other domnestic spying, governments are intimidating them.

It may sound biased, but considering it's journalists writing about intimidation tactics used on journalists I would say there is no way to get an unbiased article on it.
And then again, what the government has been saying all along may fit here in response to their own efforts. "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear" "If you're not doing anything wrong, you won't have a problem"

An unapologetic Russian military said the beach was in the middle of a firing range and should have been empty.

A minister said: 'Docking at the beach is a normal event. What people were doing at the beach on the territory of a military base is unclear.'

Lefigaro is apparently a pretty high end French newspaper from what I can figure out, and they're reporting that between 5 and 7 days ago Israeli, Jordanian and US special forces have entered Syria.
It then links them to the chemical attack recently that caused more calling for intervention(Even though it is almost entirely clear and obvious it wasn't Assad doing that)

Apparently the NSA has been snooping into encrypted UNO video conferences, as well as 80 embassies and consulates world wide.

I personally find this disgusting, the term "terror" should be redefined. But what really grinds my gears: In times past this could have been reason for a war of aggression as well (not that I would want that, mind you), but today it evokes just a "meh" out of a lot of people.
