There are various places, but if people are caught in the same area, they will indeed be able to interact.

But, if the six women on two different missions all got captured, only the original groups would be able to interact, and that's if they were nabbed at the same place, and by the same enemy type, other enemies will drag them somewhere within their own territory.

Azure never planned on searching for a whole hour. She asked for an hour because her goals were selfish. She wanted to use the monitors to keep an eye on the others and find valuables ahead of them. Since that plan failed, she's going with her standby plan of raiding the nurses stations for all kinds of things. But even that shouldn't take the whole hour. Maybe ten minutes tops to fill a shelf full of all kinds of things and prepare it for leaving.

P.S. Because there are many nursing stations on many floors, she may accidentally come across the other girls too.

(Edit, or come across whatever is causing all of the goo on the floor, or who knows what else.)

Giving birth is very stressful, and in order for the creature to have life, it drains yours, which will put you into shock again.

That slime creature must have a really good stealth skill or I must have really bad luck. How sneaky can a blob of goo be that it can beat what's effectively a 5 perception that's unaffected by stealth bonuses?

Because of it's skill, which allows it to move silently in it's lair, which you're in, which is how it snuck up on you, you'd have to be looking for an enemy, Jillian was relying on her hearing.
