Curious problem I ran in to. I grabbed RJ339137 and threw it through the tool. When the game loads in the text it's seems fine then every 'r' is removed on every screen past the main menu. I even watched the title bar updated to have all the r's removed. The translation file itself seems fine and has the correct words.

I can confirm, I'm using the latest free version of the Tool and the game is missing some "r"s.

I learned the existence of this offline translator recently and had a go at automatically translating the JSON output from this tool with it in the hopes of getting a better quality translation than google/bing, It is really cool but very hardware intensive.
Trying to do bulk processing with it puts a lot of load on the processor for multiple hours, for example I have a Ryzen 7 5800X which has taken roughly 6 hours to translate Fallen Noble while keeping all my cores at ~90% load!

I kind of get why online translators are so expensive now and why the free services have been dumbed down a bit, it must take some specialist hardware and many dedicated servers to run and keep up with demand.

The translator is being improved by the day, a new version is already up for grabs and currently its already giving better results than DeepL in some situations (don't forget to download the model separately because thats where all the juice comes from), you can find more info here
btw I don't think it is supposed to take so much time to translate as you are getting, maybe you just need more RAM i dunno, I only translate small sentences and I get almost instant results.
Perhaps you should look at their discord, theres a method which makes it use the GPU and consequently speeds up the all process. AFAIK the dev is focusing on improving the translation quality and plans to optimize for speed and whatnot later on.

Would be nice to implement support for this translator, it's free and can be used offline! the dev of the famous Translator++ tool already implemented it...

Oh yes I am using the latest model and the results are impressive, they are also training it using translations for VNs/LNs so that it is tuned towards giving better results for that

I don't think it supports GPU by default, at least not yet, however there is sort of a script on their discord that will enable the use of CUDA if you have an NVIDIA GPU, I didn't try it myself but it supposedly accelerates the translation process.

I have added this for the StandaloneTranslate , but i won't setup a server now, GPU instances are more expensive, and normal instances cannot handle that level of requests.
And this thing is free I am uncomfortable to charge on it.

AFAIK the idea with the translator was always to run it on your own machine, not setup an online server albeit you can do that I imagine it will go against the DEV intent if you start to charge for it...
The DEV seems OK to let anyone use the translation model on whatever project as long said person links/credits to him and keeps it free.
It's a community project afterall, anyone can join their discord and help improve the translation model or any other of the other translation projects they have there such as the manga OCR translator.

so its a tool problem

1.MilkyQuestII in first encouter blue hair girl when she give footjob the text no longer pop up and i stuck thare
cant click anything

2.RJ312668 Standard picture not change at all (seem like this case happened mostly to some of my game)

this problem was so far happened when i use translate tool on the game
i test it with restore original text and these problem are gone

If so I will hold off trying to use this- but one thing i'm curious about is can this tool be used on a partial translation, and it leave all the already translated english alone and it just translate the Japanese? Or would it not work right on a partial?

The problem is not with new versions of tools, it' s with new games. ( It means that no matter what version you use, both games will have the exact same problem. )
And the latest version has been adjusted for compatibility with these two games.
