I'm back.. For now... I think.... I hope..... ^.^
*huggles* Welcome back!

Welcome back to the forums gatorbait, you missed the stampede of naked bull women that charged there way out of civilized mud huts on there way to cast civilisation spells on a strange singing Bi-curious yaoi loving catman sitting crosslegged on the barrel of monkeys. it was very interesting to behold.
Damn, I always miss the good stuff!
Don't worry. I took pictures.

Re: Member Announcements Thread

It seems already my style has stirred,
someone who didn't like my way of the word.
When a neutral rep, in the hour zero
told me quietly: "Please go be an hero."
I'd reply with a lymeric, but I suck at rhyming

Aaww, but Lurker, how that makes me sad,
You can't really be that bad?

And a limerick itself is not required,
discussing structure just makes me tired,
So long as there are rhymes and fun,
I'm a very happy son of a gun:)

I'm trying to start a meme here,
So please just help the burden bear.

Is the burden bear related to the sexual harassment panda?

Oh, Wonder-boy,
most are too blithe and coy,
to use rhyming as their joy.

The most who will rhyme with glee,
will likely be just you and me.
But, should there be others,
we must welcome them like brothers.

A meme this will likely not be,
but I cannot tell the future, we'll see.

Haiku is easy,
But they don't always make sense,

Oh, Incubus, don't you see?
Your premade's just shameful to me.
It shows lack of real thought
And I really ought
To hang you to death in a tree!

So now back on topic.

So it's a battle you want is it now?
Well in that case I don't quite see how,
I'm not good at this,
So please don't just diss,
I'm not good at lyrics you cow!

Yeah, but America can kick Britain's ass. Obviously, our superior military might (read: extensive military budget) makes us righter than you.
Lol. America's military may be better. But Russia had the Советский Союз. A truly great thing to the world. If only it's dumbshit leaders hadn't screwed it up.

If Modern Warfare has taught us anything, America has the gung-ho bad-asses, but the British have the Ninja-Samurai-Pirate-Spartan people.

Re: Member Announcements Thread

A few things: first of all, the spartans weren't as badly outnumbered as you think. They had a few thousand allies as back up.

Also, they left deformed babies out to die of exposure, and the coming of age event involved going out to kill a slave. Of course if the slave killed you they gained citizenship.

Also, the spartans wore red tunics to hide any bleeding they might do in battle.

If Modern Warfare has taught me anything, it's that you can stand 30 feet away from an active grenade, and be perfectly fine after it explodes.
