to make the guy come (without enabling auto) you have to enable bukkake mode, this is done by clicking a "secret" check-box in the bottom right corner of the options menu on the 3rd tab, hover over the corner and there should be an arrow, click it and the bukkake mode check-box will come out, click it to turn on the mode.

use mouse up/down to aim the penis
to make him come: click and hold for a few seconds

Not completely true, Bukkake Mode enables cumming whenever you click the mouse; you can make him cum normally by pleasuring him for long enough you just gotta stick it out till he does. The screen will flash as stated previously.

that is a serious chistmas present for all deepthroat fans. I'm still amazed by the liquid physics and the small size of flash.
