This is my completed translation for Mushi no Kangoku.

Installation instructions:

No problem. I should mention the patch still has some of nty_creations's translations. Those will be replaced with my own when I get to them.

Quick question, instructions mention that i replace the translation patch files with the scenario folder, doesnt work.

If i have to replace the files inside the .CAB file, how do i do it?

I'm not sure where you found a .cab file. You install this patch the same way you installed nty_creations' patch. Copy the patch files to the 蟲の姦獄 game folder and select replace files when prompted.

Extract the cab file. Right click -> Extract.

You don't need to compress it back to .cab file though.

It's finals week, so I've had to put it on hold for now. I'll have plenty of time during winter break, though.

Hey, everyone. I'm happy to say that I've finished the translation. All dialogue, as far as I'm aware, has been translated. Though, you might run into some parts of the interface that are untranslated. I'm not sure how to access those in the Cardwirth editor.

followed the instructions, but launching CardWirth.exe just gives me a 1990 type of game window everything in japanese, no matter what i click i get nowhere. is there something else you need to do to make it work? yes, i get to a game, seems like a 1980 dos game, still in japanese!?

or i got it:
u need to click the first icon (left) to create a random character.
then open the note (right) and browse using the arrows until u see a girl
click the first button to start, click a few time until u get out
click 4th icon to remove the random character
click first icon again, and select girl
click note (right) and arrow and select girl, and finally we can play

Did you update the link? I just encountered untranslated text from the start.
This looks like a partial translation to me though.

Edit: is it just me?

It's not you, at least from the link I just picked up, there's a decent amount untranslated.

The Condition/Date/Record/Other are untranslated.

Item crafting dialogues are unstranslated.

There's a number of other stuff that makes playing the game frustrating for non-japanese speakers. :/

Still, am grateful for what is there. <3 Thanks for the hard work.

I cannot find play mushi no kangoku, the only game in cardwirth is adventure inn thing. help me please...

in scenario folder i have "蟲の姦獄" folder and "蟲の姦獄.cab".

Did you download the module from the original post? You just put the module in the scenario folder. Then you download the translation and replace it in the folder. Its not originally called mushi no kangoku.
