A game supposedly from the same people as Shokushu Shoujo. Its a choose your position/choose your action type game, there are also finisher scenes you can unlock by performing different actions in different areas, or by causing her to orgasm from certain areas.
I have heard the story described as the victim being a village priestess being "sacrificed" each day to a tentacle god who gains power from molesting girls, the victim is hesitant at first but eventually learns to accept it.
The bad news, the link is at Mod Edit: Dead link removed. ,which is a shady site by itself, Noscript is recommended. The other bad news is I found the link on 4chan /d/.
That being said I didn't find anything wrong with it, at the very least the game works.
