Question... what would you do?

So today I was at a geek houseparty (We didn't do much except game and sit around) and when most of the group went for food, one of my "friends" decided it would be hilarious to change my wallpaper into goatse. When I got back, I didn't see my wallpaper cause most of my stuff was on fullscreen and I wasn't really using my laptop anyway (it was on for torrents and such). When I finally got home to open it, I was like "Wtf... it's a lame and old meme..." So I checked the timestamps, and as I thought, goatse was visited during the time that I had left.

I know it was him because:
a) Timestamp says it was when it was only him, another friend, and another another friend's GF
b) The other friend doesn't browse /b/
c) The GF doesn't browse /b/
d) when I came back and saw the guy who did it's computer, it was on /b/

So what should I do?
Right now I'm considering just walking up to the guy and yelling at him, maybe embellish the facts a little ("My parents saw it you dumb fuck!") and basically just end my friendship with him then and there.

The part that's pissing me off the most is the fact that my parents would've seen it, if I decided that instead of taking out my laptop in the living room, I was going to shower and take my laptop out in my bedroom. That and he decided to use one of the oldest most retarded memes on /b/ >_>

Revenge is best enjoyed cold. Myself, I wouldn't go for a direct confrontation but act like nothing had happened and then do something worse to him. Then if he confronts you, just tell him to gtfo.

A) He knows it's me
B) The only people who can see it are our other roommates
C) I don't use recycled shit. I usually use guro, but whatever I do, it's different every time and I go far out of my way to find it.

Tell him he's an unoriginal fucker, and get him back with a bigger prank. One of my suggestions is a little liquid laxative, perhaps some milk of magnesia and put it into an open drink of his. Preferably when he's drinking something kind of syrupy, just make sure to mix it up a bit. Or even, DONT put it in his drink and tell him you did after he drinks it. This way you can hope for a placebo effect, and if you don't feel better about it, THEN you can use it

There's a bunch of other good pranks you can use on him. (this is my favorite, but I never use it) If you ever get the opportunity to use his shower, get a bunch of clear lifesavers, cut em and crush em up, undo his showerhead and put them in there. As they shower, they get sticky, and they'll want to wash more and they'll get stickier. Make sure it's clear or something that won't show in water. That and, if they have colored towels, you put powdered fruit mix into his towel (Make sure its the same color) and try to push as much in there as possible, then shake out any extra. This way, the powder contacts the water on their skin when they dry off and it will fruit-stain their skin

Really though, I'd just confront them about it. It's just a computer wallpaper. Then again, I'm guessing that he isn't that close a friend anyway.

Aww man, throwing up ain't cool. Plus it's not too subtle. You can always just randomly get diarrhea, but you almost HAVE to feel shitty in order to throw up.


(edit)A good one my friend just reminded me of was freezing shaving/whipped cream in a can, stabbing a hole in it and hiding it somewhere, so it starts to puff out a shitload afterward. Try to hide it in or between stuff.

If need by, I'm sure I have a few pranks that are non-physical in return. So it's not like they can get pissed about it, cuz it's really the same thing they did to you.

Also to think about: did the other two watch him do it and say/do nothing, or did he ninja it on without them looking?
It it's the former, they're just as guilty as he is, and deserve punishment (though not as severe) as well.
If what I assume is true, however, and it's the latter, most likely he was hoping you would have your desktop shown at that get-together, so he could laugh at your misfortune of winding up showing it to the people there and them going 'WTF O.O'; I'd personally beat the shit out of him for it at that point, but it didn't happen like that, so it's moved onto mental warfare.
You need to make him feel like shit for what he did, like he now owes you something - if he's someone you can do that to. If not, you have to get him back in a way that shows you aren't merely returning the favor - you're sending a message that says "Don't do that - or anything similar - ever again, fucker".

I dunno. I'm just the type of person who takes things in stride - well, once the moment has passed, anyways, since like I said, I woulda beaten him down if it had happened like I'm assuming he had wanted to happen.
Personally, at this point, I'd say fuck it, maybe not end all ties to him, but definitely restrict contact to only-when-necessary; and if he f'ks up again, that's the point when I'd say it's over, ad cut him out completely.
Of course, that's just me.

Although, if he's as much of a /b/tard as you say he is, he probably forgot that in real life, people wouldn't just go 'OMG' and forget about it within the hour. Just for that alone, I'd still pound him into the ground.

I remember in my platoon office one guy was on his account on the computer checking his e-mails. He got called out for something and forgot to log off. So, someone jumped on, pulled up Google, and searched for gay porn, and found a picture of a gay orgy and made it the guy's wallpaper, then locked the computer so only he could get on.

Regardless to say, we all chuckled at him, and he went a little red in the face, but he laughed to, and changed it back to puppies or something really innocent. It was never brought up again, just a simple joke.

Now, your situation is only slightly different in the fact that your parents could have seen it. Really though, its not that bad. Some asshole fucked with your computer.

The other big thing that's different though, is that this was your personal computer, and he was fucking around with it whilst you weren't there. I say confront him on that reason alone, not because of the background which in the end is really trivial, but to be fucking around on your personal laptop while you're getting food is low. Confront him, possible punch him square in the solar plexus.
