Is it true you are dropping public releases after 0.5?
Also what's up with withholding content for everybody except 20$ tier? That makes me extremely uninterested in keeping my 5$ going, I mean, the game is out on share sites within the hour after the release, pirates will be getting the full game, while I pay for a partial release. Please reconsider that system.
Other then that love the graphics and overall game tempo.

There's no mention of him dropping the free builds after 0.0.5.
The full version of his game by his own admission will be free - and I quote: my games will always be free!
Also, does not going to the party change anything, or WILL it change anything?
How about if (daughter's name) walks in on Elena instead of knocking? Will that have any bearing?

I got that from a response he made on a comment on his patreon, but I also got confused by that line in the description you quoted, alas I reckon he simply forgot to change that (As the comment was made only 1 month ago, and the description was written quite some time ago, as for example the different reward tiers reveals).
Why he felt the need to back-paddle on what sounded as a corner stone in how he would be developing and releasing games, is beyond me.

pirro, to be a patreon means to support someone and help him/her to work on a project with economical benefits. when you pledge you are like a sponsor, you like what he author do and want him/her to success. its not about browsing a shop and buying stuff, this is on production level. without you there will not be a production level. i get it that why you pay and others get it for free. but what can you do? you can not force people to be a patreon. i think the "release-public" plan is actually good. in the end it will get out, so do everything, if he make it clear and he is the one to do it, it will only show he gets it. now, i hope that people like what he do and continue supporting him no matter if he release the game publicly or not.

At the moment, going to the party or not doesn't change anything in the story. If you don't go, you can see her nude in the bathroom though.
If you walk in on Elena, you'll catch her masturbating (assuming you're talking after she gets soaked and dad gives her his coat)

From what I've seen from the public releases so far I've enjoyed.
A story like this would take some time to actually happen, otherwise you just end up with rushed idiotic incest game porn like you see by the bucket load out there.
But I think the perspective of multiple characters is a fantastic idea by the dev. No doubt the gamer will want to see what happens with the father and daughter story, but in between that it will be good to get some real raunch to tie them over until the main objective starts to really kick in.

One thing I really like about how it's getting done is the fact that he's releasing each date as a complete event in itself as opposed to the "a little bit here, a little bit there, oh I think I'll go back and work this a little more" mentality.
Sure, I wouldn't mind even that but something like that would be better served as a content patch later down the line as infuriating as it would be to players who've put some time into the game already.
But please don't do this. How you're doing it currently is just fine. Is the only safe time to snog (daughter's name) when she smacks you first? Or is there an actual score that it's safe to do so - especially after she kisses you, the game tells you you won't get any more points for more kisses?

As for the speed of relationships. I think that could be why the dev is introducing new characters. I think the daughter will take the longest as incest is a serious family boundary to break. But obviously he knows fans need something to ogle at now and then, and so this is why he mentions multiple characters.

Playing 0.05, and a kind of a big "whoops" moment.
I never liked the "photographer" character as he seemed altogether too shady, so this time I purposely chose options in the park that would prevent him from "just happening by" - in this order: Food -> Talk -> Play. As you know playing with her ends the scene.
Later on, there's dialogue as though the photographer scene happened anyway. This was confusing.
I'm especially fond of the scenes where you get the daughter's perspective. Seriously, good work. It just gets better and better!

Did version 0.5 ever get released to none patreons? I thought a while back the devs plan was to release 5 freebie demos and then from there its up to people to buy his content.

Off topic, I do support you on patron albeit at the lowest possible tier. Which update do you expect to see sexual content I.E. blowjobs, tit jobs etc and will the game contain ntr with those camera guys and the guy from the bar? I played 0.04(don't ask me how) and am loving it so far. I'd pledge more but than everyone would have to get more and my $15 a month becomes $100 and I like hentai but not that much. P.S. amazing game, best art by far and keep up the good work.

I think version 0.6 is bugged. When you go to the park it skips all talk options and go direct to the frisbee scene. This means you miss out on plot like the photographer and such. Or maybe this is what the dev meant when he said he altered scenes, but going of the V0.6 walkthrough I'd say its bugged.

Found a way around it. I used the save game file I made at the very end of v0.5. No doubt Mr.Dot will release a fixed version soon, but this way worked out fine for me.
