Re: This is a Great Plan (Smokefish, Host, Hafnium, and Hentaispider)
Oormi, for her part, would follow Melissa at a much more sane pace. She chose to simply walk after the mostly human woman and spend the few extra seconds she had needed to catch up basking in her relief that the spearwoman was too excited about whatever job she'd found to take a decent look around the foxgirls' shared room and discover the blind kitsune's lie.
She would, of course, catch up in time for Kherem to suddenly pop out of the shadows and irritably confront Melissa. Somehow though, the first thing that crossed her mind about the situation was relief that she was no longer the most embarrassingly-dressed person hanging around in front of the inn room doors. The second wasn't much better, being that perhaps she should avert her eyes in order to protect some sense of the male kitsune's modesty, which she did even though averting her eyes meant absolutely nothing practically and, both because of her method of vision and the spiritual power he had used in crafting it, his magic codpiece remained the most prominent thing in her wave vision.
It was only her third set of thoughts that were anything approaching the more serious part of the situation. I wonder why Kherem is so angry at Melissa? She had remembered him being upset earlier, but couldn't recall ever personally discovering just what had transpired between the two to make him so irritable toward the spearwoman. It couldn't have all been because she 'stuck a finger up his ass' right? Oormi briefly wondered if maybe she shouldn't try to reassure him that there was nothing wrong with trying that sort of thing, she had accidentally stumbled upon, and very quickly apologized fled the scene of, more than one even stranger act between two lovers before she had gone blind. Judging by how upset the tall man was in the moment though, she guessed it probably wasn't the best time.
She ended up looking around for reasons to keep the conversation moving, preferably far away from whatever had upset Kherem. Mostly, she repeatedly, and completely suspiciously, kept glancing in the direction of her rented room looking for Lumi, who she was sure had heard her earlier and was hoping would show up soon to hopefully make the discussion a happier one. Although Kherem probably noticed the sneakier foxgirl well before she did, once the blind kitsune did realize the other woman was on her way she would rather abruptly call out. "Oh, Lumi, there you are! What a coincidence!" Oormi did her best to pretend that she hadn't literally just been in bed with the other kitsune while simultaneously attempting to turn both Kherem and Melissa's attention to their fourth teammate's arrival. "We were just waiting for you so we could discuss a job that Melissa found!"
