To get the game to use the data folder not .RGSS2A file you need to extract everything in the rgssa file with "rgss extractor", and move rgss2a file to a different folder.

How to get each party member:
Vampire: get bitten get coin turn vampire catch vampire talk to slaver don't sell.
Knights: (1 milt dev , 80 fame) woman knight 2 , 250 Guardian 3 , 450 Sage/holy 4 , 700 spirit/ghost (1st & last have H)
Elf:Rescue her in the 3rd mission with orcs. Then get requires 250 fame.
Homunculous:4 magic. Talk to head mage.
Magicians: 1&2 magic. H with 2nd
Luminous Chan: Give cyborg soldier to a mage in mage tower. Captured from cyborg.
Liz:bring snake god statue (drop by snakes) to gas filled cave with dragon statue in orc lands
